I feel that compared to other stores, RTR's price points are very comparable, often beating the competition. The staff are all helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to fittings and recommendations. Hey, I've shelled out thousands of dollars in the past 13 years and drove from South Austin to their store because they do it right.

One side even had black plastic tarp of some sort covering all of the window s from floor to ceiling on the inside, confusing me as if it were a closed location under renovation. Once I called, I was prompted to keep driving all the way around the building to the "Macy's side" of the store and voila...found it. Walked up to the cash register for help and he followed me over to pickup, checked my name and I was good to go. I can't speak on what service is like outside of online orders, but the process for the online order was SUPER quick and fairly smooth. REMEMBER: The entrance is on the Macy's side.

As I walked into Lululemon Domain, I immediately noticed that the store was densely packed with customers and a long check-out line. By the time, I finished combing through the sales racks, the line had decreased. After scanning the SKU#, the sales associate said she was able to locate 9 pairs of socks in store. Then she went off to secure one of the nine sets of socks. In no time, she came back with the size medium socks. She rang me up rather quickly and offered me reusable shopping bag. This was an even exchange at $0 cost to me. In addition, I was captivated by the big screen behind the registers. As a side note, I love their reusable bags. Often, I carry my gym items in the Lululemon bags. You can use them as a lunch bag, grocery shopping bag or on a picnic. They are extremely portable. My sales associate gave me one of the new designs in red.

I was in the men's section watching her attitude towards others to see if it was a misunderstanding and it was not.
