I pick out a few things, and she then loads my dressing room based off my style. The other associates are always available to offer their option, and offer other suggestions based off what I like and don't like. If you want cute, good quality clothes you have to stop in. I recently purchased a…read moresweater to wear on game day when the weather became colder than anticipated and wore it for four hours before realizing the seam on the sleeve had come apart from my wrist to elbow. Because I had no other clothes to change into I kept the sweater on throughout the game and by the end of the game the other sleeve had come apart in exactly the same spot AND the seam on the shoulder had come apart as well. When I brought the sweater in the next morning with a receipt showing I had purchased it the day before and showed the girl how it had fallen apart they told me nothing could be done since it had been worn. I offered to exchange for a different piece of clothing and was told that was not an option either. In my opinion this is no way to treat a customer and shows that they are not at all concerned with the quality of clothing they are selling in their store. I will not shop here again and will advise my friends not to as well.

I went to their small display in a market in Moore and now they've opened their very own store in Norman. Two Hip Chicks also display some of their cute items at Victoria's Pasta in Norman. The two ladies that own the store I met last year at the OKC fairgrounds at a craft show. I've special ordered items as well as bought items that are already made. BJ came over and degraded the young woman until it was obvious she wanted to cry. I tried to encourage her. He admonished me for encouraging her. He said how sorry he was for her inability to perform the task. Then, HE WAS UNABLE TO PERFORM THE SIMPLE TASK -- a return. I shopped to replace the item I returned. I listened to BJ. He speaks to his associates TERRIBLY AND MAKES CUSTOMERS FEEL AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I have been back to the store several times since this incident. This manager is OUT-OF-CONTROL! One of the times, a customer literally TOLD THIS MANAGER TO SHUT UP! because he was hounding her about an item to purchase. No one called me when the issue occurred and when I went to pick it up it was behind the counter. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, off display. They told me they'd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldn't tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. Went in today and he'd spoken to his boss but hadn't made any attempt to clean the shirt Your items aren't safe here and they won't tell you if they damage them.

A joke. Picked up three dresses about a month ago, they could only locate two out of the three and…read moreinstead of actually looking for the third one they were too busy trying to set up a book signing event. They were unapologetic & told me to come back when they found it. While standing in there for 35 minutes, you can look around and see bugs, crawling out of the piles of trash, the clutter up to the ceiling, and overall lack of organization on all ends. Upon further inspection, one out of three dresses were damaged to the point of no return. This dress was an $1100 dress before alterations. I would never recommend this business to anyone, and if you do decide to go, make sure to inspect your consignment items before signing for them and if you're planning on buying, I would watch out for the clutter and the bugs.
