I had an order delivered from here recently. They had a choose two and save deal. I ordered a chili dog, double classic cheeseburger, and some fries with chili and cheese. I think it was a good deal. Order arrived fairly quick. Items were packaged in a paper bag. I liked the chili dog. The chili was kind of spicy, not too hot. The chili cheese fries were really good and plentiful. The classic double cheeseburger was typical of fast food fare but good nonetheless. I would recommend. I think it is a good value compared to some fast food competitors. When I go to rally's I'm not expecting miracles. It is what it is. HOWEVER, we went through tonight to get burgers cause I love a pretzel bun. The burger patties were burnt to the point of being very dry and very hard. How did they manage that? Worst rally's I've ever had and that's saying something. I placed an order through the Rally's app to be picked up at 12:30 a.m. I pulled up right around that time to the drive-thru, and was greeted by an extra rude woman. She said that they had been closed for over an hour. All signage and everything online and on their app says that this location closes at 1:00 a.m. When I asked how to get a refund for the order that I had already paid for, she got even ruder, and told me she didn't know and I would need to find a number to call to have someone take care of it. When I emailed corporate, they somehow thought that this was a delivery order, and told me that I needed to contact the third party delivery company to get a refund. I work until around midnight. My options for late night dinners when I don't want to cook at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning, are extremely limited since everything is still closing early due to COVID. It's even more frustrating when I pull up to a place that's supposed to be open, and I'm greeted with absolute attitude and rudeness. Add on to that, that corporate doesn't even know how to read emails. To make it even better, I couldn't respond to the email that corporate sent me. First of all I love Rally's fries & we USED to always stop when at the Dayton Mall. Their burgers are pretty good too and the food was always hot. We'd order food at least 2X week. Then they put in an AUTOMATED ORDER SYSTEM. It doesn't get ANY order right, you can't correct the errors until you get to the cashier window, and trying to deviate from their standard menu such as Xtra pickles or no ketchup is impossible. My S.O. just said he will NEVER go to Rally's again after we had to reorder at the pickup window once again. So you have lost our business permanently. EVEN THE EMPLOYEES HAVE SAID THEY SPEND MORE TIME CORRECTING THE ORDERS THAN IT TOOK TO TAKE THEM without the auto order. Also, my phone says it can't load your app so I can't access any of the offers you send. I can get Burger King, McDonalds, Frisches, Sonic- all the rest of them , but not yours. There were 3 cars in line when I arrived, thinking Oh great this shouldn't take long....NOT!!! I sat there a good 10 mins just to finally get up to the speaker to place my order, then I waited another good 10 mins at the speaker . Apparently the employee couldn't take more then 1 order at a time. A huge line of cars are forming in behind me. Hard to back out of line at this location if you decided not to order from this place. Anyways I finally get to place my order. I order a number 4 which was a rally burger combo along with a med banana milkshake ( not the greatest ) I get my order home and everything was cold (food). Had to reheat . Fries were horrible, and I love their fries anyways they tasted like funnel cake. They must fry everything in the same oil. Was not appetizing at all. Was completely ignored upon arrival just to be told that they were closed after 30 minutes of waiting, despite their schedule saying they were open until 1:00 a.m. I am writing this now at 10:53 p.m. These guys confirmed an order through doordash, which I had to cancel because they suddenly got too lazy to handle it. Rally's, they have great fries and pretty good burgers. they will usually load all there burgers up with all the toppings so if you don't want something on it you better let them know. the milkshakes here are really good. the service is really fast with two lanes usually always open. only problem is if you take the left lane you have to reach through your passenger window if you don't have a passenger this can suck! if your really hungry they have 2 for $4 sandwiches and other great meals at a good price. when I'm starving and i want something fast and feeling fatty fast food i like to come here to Rally's read more

I'm out here in Ohio visiting my boyfriends family. We are visiting from Cali. We don't have Rally's in Cali and always try to explore new places when out of state. We pulled up fast food places on Yelp and this place was near so we decided to give it a chance. When we arrived there was no one in the drive thru, so no long wait in line. They have a lot of meal deals. Some that even come with dessert. I got the $4 fish sandwich deal with fries, a large coke that is huge and an apple pie. The lady on the speaker greeted us quickly and asked to take our order. She kindly took our order and at the end asked us "does that complete your order" very polite. We drove to the window and did wait for a few minutes. The lady at the window did apologize to us for the wait but that is okay because when we got our food it was nice and hot. Fries were fresh out the fryer. I don't do fries often but when I do decide to cheat and have some fries they must be straight out of the fryer, nice and hot. Not only were the fries hot but so were the sandwiches, shrimp nuggests and chicken nuggets. We were satisfied with the temperature of the food, taste of the food and even the price of the food. The reason for the 4 stars is because the shrimp nuggets were extremely greasy. Tasty but greasy. They needed to have been drained better. When we received the bag I could already see the grease coming through the bag so I immediately got some napkins and put them on my lap before setting the bag down. By the time we got home the grease had not only went through the bag but also went through the napkins and got on my jumpsuit :( one of my favorite jumpsuits. Some of the shrimp were so greasy that when you bit in to them a gush of grease gushed out. Again tasty just extremely greasy. Oh yeah, they have really good redhot buffalo sauce note it is a quarter per red hot haha. This place also has a walk up window if you don't want to do the drive thru. read more

The only Rally's I will buy food from. The others in Dayton are an utter disaster. The filthy locations on Salem and Gettysburg remind me of Mogadishu. Someone needs to call in a drone strike. Recently had the 2 for 5 Bacon Burgers. Great deal. Pros: convenient to grab a snack after shopping nearby and you dont want to wait long. Clean building and exterior. Service always good. Cons: Traffic flow on the lot is kinda wonky, but that is the way it has to be on this busy corner. read more

Just went here with my son. Ordered $4 worth of food. 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries. We ate sitting in the parking lot towards the end of my meal I bit down on a bone in my sandwich. There shouldn't be one of those in there. I went back through the drive thru, I was disgusted and just wanted a refund. 2 assistant managers saw the bone fragment but because I had eaten over half they felt I was not entitled to a refund. I ask Tina to clarify. "You're refusing to give me a refund?" She said yes. My only option was to come back the next day for $4? Basically too busy to deal with you, they don't care if they serve you something nasty and because I started eating my sandwich on the wrong side and didn't find the bone sooner I'm not entitled to any refund. This has got to be the worst Rally's in the area. I will be contacting corporate since it doesn't appear these workers give a damn. I took pictures and plan on posting them too. They should know if they serve something like that the customer is owed their money back but 2 assistant managers tell me they can't do that. I don't recommend this Rally's at all. read more

Pretty much the best fries and burgers you can get for a very reasonable price! They are just as good as Five Guys with super quick service and very cost effective. Their fish sandwich is also very good. Love having one nearby us again. read more

I don't think that Rallys receives the credit it deserves when it comes to fast food. The fries are so good and they only give you a small amount. Five Guys Burgers and fries gives you an enormous bag of their mediocre fries and with inflation comes a drop in apparent value. Also, there burgers taste better than 5 Guys. I keep struggling to understand the appeal of that mediocre and slightly expensive burger place (5 Guys). But, since it's a fast food restaurant and not something truly magnificent: I gave it 4/5 stars. read more
