This is the worst food I ever had. First they messed up my order. Getting my order out the bag. I threw up when I realized there was a patch of hair in my bag, all on fries not to mention possibly dandruff on the hair.... When I went back get my money back they told me o had to call a customer service number for that nasty .... food. When I called they said it will take up to 3 to 4 business days to get a refund.... Gave me the wrong order. Went back and told them the name on the bag is not me. I asked for my food I ordered. They gave me the same meal for someone else again. Like taking to the wall! Had to honk my horn to get them back to let them know they screwed up again. I had a photo of the order on my phone. I handed my phone to show I had an order. The manager said I had no ticket and walked away. 8 minutes later she hands my bag of food with a receipt with my name on it. The manager said here and shout the window. Based on my drive-thru experience tonight: Girl over the speaker was attentive after we ordered 2 Cheese Champ combos, which we added bacon and 2 extra large fries. We get our meals, everything looks delicious--but there's no bacon, on any of the burgers. We told them no Mayo, no ketchup, no problem--they randomly add mustard. This place is always shit, just like the rest of fast food around here. But we came back this time because we hoped they got better--nope, never. Twenty damn dollars for nothing. This was awful my wife went to get dinner they screwed up all four of our bergers with everything on them , so, she went back in the pouring rain and and explained, this time they screwed up and gave us totally plain mergers no even cheese mergers. I work for Door Dash and hate picking up orders from this location on Madison Avenue In Granite City, IL. I have many complaints about this location but I think the biggest complaint I have is after waiting way too long for the order to be made for the customer that I'm delivering it to it's usually missing items in the sealed bag which I hear about from the customer after I deliver it. (So on top of being delivered late because they take their sweet time filling the order it's missing items in the sealed bag and Then I have to hear about it from rightfully irritated customers) I rarely have a good experience picking up from this location. The employees are rude and act like they do not want to work. If you don't like your Rally's job, get another one. Like. For example. I really hate filling orders at this location so I will never accept another Madison Avenue Rally's order to deliver for Door Dash again. See how that works? It's just not worth it to me. In fact, the straw that broke the camels back was today, after very rudely being dismissed by an employee that obviously loves his Baconzillas, I cancelled the order after waiting for ten minutes and in the time I would have waited for Rally's to fill one order; I received, accepted and completed two more orders from Restaurants that actually wanted to fill the orders correctly and promptly. I entered the drive-thru of the Rally's on Madison Ave in Granite City Illinois on 12/14/17 around 8:15pm. Before placing my order, the employee asked that I move to the other lane. I explained that I was unable to do so, as there were 5 cars in the other lane. She stated that the car that had now pulled behind me had been waiting 10 minutes for their food & she needed to serve them before taking my order. Again, I stated that I could not move to the alternate lane because of the other cars in that lane. She then stated (& I quote) "Well then give me your order so that I can get you out of my lane". I was shocked. I asked her if she was serious & she stated "yes- hurry up & order so you can leave". I asked her for her name. It was on the THIRD time of me asking that she responded "Corrina". She then said "now move out of my lane or I'm calling the cops". I then put my car in park. I told her that I had never in my life been talked to like this- especially by someone working in customer service- & that she could go ahead & call the cops if she felt the need. She then stated that if she wasn't on the clock she would come outside & move me herself. It was at that time that I left the drive-thru. And ONLY because I had 2 children in my car. Are you serious?! Did this really just happen? I arrived home & called the Rally's corporate line. Needless to say, it is 4 days later & I have yet to hear from anyone. I called the corporate line (again) today as a follow-up & was told that the store manager should be giving me a call. read more
