Food was more of 3.75 stars. I ordered the Portuguese Sticky Ribs ($15 for 6 bones) and an Apple…read morecobbler($10) to go. The ribs were crispy with a nice sticky sweet sauce. They were good but a couple bones had very little meat. The apple "cobbler" consisted of apples with some oats on top... no crust or dough at all. It wasn't sweet or bad but definitely not what I'm used to when it comes to fruit cobblers. They may need to reconsider the name. Service was fast and under 15 minutes for a to go order. The restaurant was decent but empty and I noticed a few other people ordering carry out instead of dining in.

Typically leaving just "concessions".. you know pizza slices, hot dogs... "ballpark filler" Enter stage left... Longshots Atmosphere: Country music vibe (something desperately missing from the Mo/IL st. Louis scene. (As much as I loved Honky Tonk's... when thst's pretty much all there is) With new bands every day the restaurant is open. It just happened I picked "Nelly Day" to spend the day at, so things were running later than usual - so thr live band for lunch was a little later than normal. (And they were closing for "Special events".) So the atmosphere from the servers and bartenders was kind of hard to judge due to the awkward hours but if the few here today were the norm... you will be in Good hands So the food: Reasonably healthy portions for the burgers and pizza (of corse all with a bzrbecue flavor... maybe next time I'll definitely hit the Pork Pit. But obviously expect somewhat higher prices ($$$ of 5 in my opinion) So expect higher prices as part of the Fairmont Park Complex but you cannot complain about the fact that Longshots is a much needed addition to making Fairmont Park a FULL entertainment experience.

An absolute delight!…read more My husband made reservations for my birthday here, so when we arrived the hostess was already expecting us. She was so sweet, and the high chair request was already set up. She gave my son his menu, coloring sheet, and offered to open his crayons for him. And then, someone came by and got him his water cup ready. We're used to great service and wait staff being kind to our cute kid, but the service and kindness was exceptional here toward him! Our server was Hope, and she was astounding, along with the other servers taking care of our table. We ordered off the kid's menu: silver dollar pancakes with a side of berries. My husband ordered the Pork Steak Benedict with fresh squeezed orange juice, and I ordered the English Breakfast with drip coffee Not only was the atmosphere very calm, but the entire dining experience was just so pleasant. We loved our food, and we're stuffed immediately lol. The benedict had a great flavor: smokey, sweet, tangy and the eggs were perfectly poached. The English Breakfast was everything I dreamed it would be: snappy sausage, plump mushrooms, seasoned baked beans - so absolutely delicious! We loved our experience here, the Four Seasons Hotel is beautiful so lounging after our meal was great. There was also a beautiful view of the Arch.

Our table also had a scenic view of the Gateway Arch and the St. Louis skyline. We ordered the Sticky Cauliflower for appetizers. I loved the flavorful cauliflower, especially with that amazing Korean BBQ sauce. We also ordered the Blistered Shishito Peppers, which I could not stop eating. The peppers had a mild, smoky taste and mixed with Chili Crisp Oil and Yuzu Aioli. For my main course, I went with the Pan-Seared Scallops, which I enjoyed very much. For dessert, we had to get what we came here for - the Sticky Toffee Pudding. It was so delicious and a must-have if you dine here. I don't remember the names, but we also had a couple of cocktails that were really good! Service was very good. This is a great restaurant for dinner with a view and a pleasant ambiance.
