The chicken looks and tastes like it sat for 10 extra minutes in the frier, the French fries were greasy as hell. The place was very dirty and looks like someone started to remodel at one point and just decided to stop.

This is the most I've received on a large compared to a small. I usually receive half the size.

This location (and other Ohio locations) continues to suffer. They finally fixed the cavities in the drive thru after all these years but it's a temporary fix so your not stuck but in time the patch will break up and the cavity will be back. One is by the intercom when placing order and the other by the window is patched up. The location still is old. Why Rally's/Checkers leave northern locations looking old and worn compared to southern has me confused. It cannot be just money. Everything taste great but fries are never large, always a small amount in a large container. They need to work on improving relations with customers. The staff is either ok at best or just non responsive. I think morning staff is a little better than night for now.

This place used to be awesome just a year ago. I went through the drive thru the other day and they have AI taking your order and robots making your food now and it's awful. I ordered two cheeseburgers & fries and got cold buns like they just came out of a refrigerator and a lukewarm beef patty. I asked for mayo in the drive thru and they had two kids who had no clue what they were doing pulling food out of a robot and they told me they didn't have mayonnaise. Ummm ok. The fries were trash too. The one thing I figured Rally's had figured out and I got hard dry overcooked fries and the bag wasn't even filled up. So then I call Rally's immediately and sit on hold for 20 minutes and hang up. Call them the next day since you don't have the option to email them and I get a call center in Asia and nobody can speak English. Been 5 days and they didn't call me or email me. This company has turned into hot garbage. They offered me a $5 coupon for a $10 order I couldn't even eat then never followed up after I turned down the coupon. This is like watching someone tank a brand on purpose. Robots and outsourcing don't save you money if nobody buys your food. I miss when this place was good. I have zero interest in giving them another chance. I'll be shocked if this place is still open in 6 months.

This place is trash. Ordered Classic Mother Cruncher, 5 piece boneless wings, seasoned fries, mozzarella sticks and a strawberry cheesecake sundae. NOTHING looked like the menu pictures or had same ingredients. In fact, the chicken sandwich didn't have anything on it but a chicken patty and 3 pickles. Wings were half dry half in sauce. Cheesecake sundae is a joke (picture attached). Needless to say my whole $20+ order went in the trash with the exception of me eating the fries. Disappointment!

I wonder how this place stays open. anytime you stop in after 10pm the food is total shit on quality.

Or rather, it's ballpark Korean, kind of like Taco Bell is in the ballpark of Mexican food. It's kind of like Chipotle: you can build your own bowl. Start with greens or rice or noodles. Sweet potato noodles, which don't taste like sweet potato, but come across as close to rice noodles. I also got the Korean beef, which is pretty much bulgogi. And a few veggies: corn, pickled onions, sprouts. I forgot the avocado I wanted, but that is extra anyway. I got all that as a free bowl because I have the app. You had to spend five dollars, so I got a side of pineapple and a drink, for six dollars total. So yes, free food probably swayed my opinion a bit. But also it was pretty good, and at least slightly healthy. And the service and atmosphere were excellent. Helped by a couple of people behind the counter, and they were fast, friendly, and helpful. The place is bright and clean. Not super big, but with efficient seating for a couple dozen people. Parking was easy. All in all a good experience. I'm still not a huge fan, because I like real Korean food and this only hints at that. But for a fast, reasonably cheap, reasonably healthy meal, this is a decent option.

That's exactly what happened when I stopped in at Rooster's in Grove City--a fun, casual joint where the sports bar energy is so strong, I'm convinced the TVs are watching me. I went for the Rooster's Nest, which is basically comfort food and guilty pleasure holding hands and skipping through a field of deliciousness. Picture this: a generous heap of curly fries, absolutely smothered in cheese sauce, sprinkled with diced bacon and green onions, and then--because the universe loves me--topped with four boneless chicken chunks. I opted for Korean BBQ sauce, which added that sweet, tangy kick that made each bite taste like it had its own happy ending. It arrived piping hot, and I swear I could hear faint applause from somewhere in the kitchen. Since it was happy hour, I also grabbed a frosty 22oz beer, because if you're going to enjoy curly fries the size of a small mountain, you might as well have a drink to match. Our server, Anna, was pleasant, quick with a smile, and kept everything running smooth--exactly what you want in a place where the action is as much in the dining room as it is on the TVs. When I arrived, the place wasn't full yet, but it was filling up fast. That's pretty much the Rooster's pattern--if you don't get there early, you'll be standing at the door wishing you had. And with that atmosphere, the tasty menu, and enough TVs to make a sports fan feel like royalty, it's no wonder. Until next time, I'm Brian -- and remember to Take the Trip... because if your dinner doesn't involve cheese sauce, bacon, and beer, are you even trying?

Red Robin, Yum... (Sorta): A $9.99 Burger Adventure By Brian…read more| Take the Trip, your Next Adventure is waiting. Let me start by saying this: I love a good deal. I'll hunt down a coupon like a bloodhound and I've been known to buy a second entree just because it comes with a free pie. So when I saw Red Robin was slinging a "Yum Burger Combo" for just $9.99--complete with burger, bottomless side, and bottomless drink--I hollered "YUM!" and hit the gas. A Deal So Good, I Had to Try It (For Science) The deal was for a Red's Tavern Double, which I'll admit sounded like the kind of burger served by a guy named Earl in a roadside tavern next to a gas station and a bait shop--but I was intrigued. It came with your choice of bottomless side and drink. That's right, folks: fries and beverages with no limits. I briefly considered bringing a sleeping bag and just camping out in the booth. I went classic: steak fries and a Dr Pepper, with a side of that magical campfire dipping sauce--you know, the one that tastes like they stirred in dreams and a little bit of liquid smoke. My wife got the same burger but opted for sweet potato fries and an Arnold Palmer, because she's fancy like that. The Vibe: Casual, Kid-Approved, and Kinda Loud The place was about half full, mostly families trying to keep their kids from sticking fries in their noses. It was lively, but not chaos. Our server, Ally, was friendly, quick, and didn't even blink when I asked if "bottomless fries" meant I could get a basket for the road. (For the record: no, you can't. I tried.) The Verdict: Yum-ish Now, let's talk about the burgers. They were tasty--juicy, decent seasoning, and good toppings--but noticeably smaller than what you'd expect from a place with "bottomless" in their vocabulary. I'd describe them as slider-adjacent. At $9.99, I wasn't mad. But if I had paid full price for that same burger? I might've staged a mild protest in the parking lot. Think of it this way: It's like going to the movies and getting the matinee popcorn. It's fine, it does the job, but you're not exactly writing home about it. Unless you're me, writing a blog. So here we are. Final Thoughts: Red Robin's Yum Burger Combo is a solid budget dinner, especially when you factor in the unlimited fries (which I tried to abuse as much as dignity allowed). The burgers are flavorful, but don't expect anything heavy enough to anchor your plate. Would I go back for the $9.99 deal? Sure. Would I pay full price? Not unless that burger grows a third patty and calls me "sir." Until next time--keep chasing deals, dipping those fries, and saying yes to the Yum.
