Stopped at this location in Grove City, "HANGRY" and was ready to get my drive-through items and take off. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were a dine-in restaurant. I've been to Rally's and Checkers restaurants in several locations throughout the U.S., but this was the first one I saw that wasn't drive-through and outside dining only. Being Christmas season, they had Christmas decorations up, including a tree, which I thought was a really nice touch (see my photos). The staff was extremely pleasant and the food was delicious, as always. I purchased two pies with my meal, but they were down to one and told me it would be a 6-1/2 minute wait, but offered ice cream as an alternate, which I accepted. If you purchased the gift card pack during the Halloween promotion, you'd be taking advantage of the awesome coupons right about now, which we did. They still offer the 4 for $3 combo, so that's a good deal and you can always take the survey for a free sandwich (any sandwich) with a purchase of a large drink. If you don't like surveys, they have an offer where you text "Burger" to 88001 and you will get a free Big Buford with any purchase. This location has a dining room which I've never seen. The inside definitely needs to be updated. The burger was good but nothing special. I got the double cheese burger. The fries were fresh but very dark compared to usual so oil was likely in need of changing. I got my order quick. read more

This location (and other Ohio locations) continues to suffer. They finally fixed the cavities in the drive thru after all these years but it's a temporary fix so your not stuck but in time the patch will break up and the cavity will be back. One is by the intercom when placing order and the other by the window is patched up. The location still is old. Why Rally's/Checkers leave northern locations looking old and worn compared to southern has me confused. It cannot be just money. Everything taste great but fries are never large, always a small amount in a large container. They need to work on improving relations with customers. The staff is either ok at best or just non responsive. I think morning staff is a little better than night for now. read more

This place used to be awesome just a year ago. I went through the drive thru the other day and they have AI taking your order and robots making your food now and it's awful. I ordered two cheeseburgers & fries and got cold buns like they just came out of a refrigerator and a lukewarm beef patty. I asked for mayo in the drive thru and they had two kids who had no clue what they were doing pulling food out of a robot and they told me they didn't have mayonnaise. Ummm ok. The fries were trash too. The one thing I figured Rally's had figured out and I got hard dry overcooked fries and the bag wasn't even filled up. So then I call Rally's immediately and sit on hold for 20 minutes and hang up. Call them the next day since you don't have the option to email them and I get a call center in Asia and nobody can speak English. Been 5 days and they didn't call me or email me. This company has turned into hot garbage. They offered me a $5 coupon for a $10 order I couldn't even eat then never followed up after I turned down the coupon. This is like watching someone tank a brand on purpose. Robots and outsourcing don't save you money if nobody buys your food. I miss when this place was good. I have zero interest in giving them another chance. I'll be shocked if this place is still open in 6 months. read more

This place is trash. Ordered Classic Mother Cruncher, 5 piece boneless wings, seasoned fries, mozzarella sticks and a strawberry cheesecake sundae. NOTHING looked like the menu pictures or had same ingredients. In fact, the chicken sandwich didn't have anything on it but a chicken patty and 3 pickles. Wings were half dry half in sauce. I'm a Big Buford fanatic! Out of all the fast food burgers, I have considered this one the best! Curley fries are a great addition to the meal! They have a great taste and are served crisp and hot. Every Friday afternoon, I order this for lunch as a break from my diet. Food is always good and warm. Lettuce and tomato is fresh. Make sure to have your napkin close by. Juicy and sloppy! Well GROVE CITY Rally's, you finally screwed up the only thing that kept me coming back every 6 months... your fries. Tonight, my fries were barely warm, and defiantly soft and limp. With that said, I guess I won't complain that the "large" fries had nearly the same amount as the "small" fry that my girlfriend ordered. I never finished them anyhow. I'll try to keep this review centered on tonight's visit and not talk about all of the other abominations you've served me over the past few years. I'm just lucky that I never contracted anything over the years. Just a thought, but maybe you should have hand sanitizer at the front door. Rubber gloves and masks would be a bit over the top I'd think. The double fish and cheese with lettuce and tarter sauce was nearly tasteless. It looked as if it had been run over in the parking lot. My double Rallyburger with cheese was in the same condition... flat as a... well guys, you know where this is going! Do you do this to conserve space and use fewer bags? Why not just mash everything together and send it out in a zip-lock baggie? I don't think most of YOUR customers would notice. By the way, the last time I drove by, I noticed some yellow tape around the building. Was that for some remodeling construction, or was that crime scene tape? Anyhow, she told me that the kid that dropped the order off on the counter, turned and walked away without bringing her the "substitute" milkshake. Remember, no Loaded Shakes at this location. With no other employees in sight, she had to stand there and wait for someone to come back up front to voice her concern. I'm guessing that the first little bastard was either too busy masturbating, smoking or talking to his girlfriend on the phone. I'm just glad that somebody else made my milkshake! Mind you, this is not the first time I've received subpar food from your location, but I can tell you one thing, it WILL be the last. Now, I'm as smart as a vulture. A few weeks ago, I stopped around 10pm to grab a couple of burgers. Upon pulling up to the drive thru speaker, I ordered 2 Big Buford's and waited for the confirmation and price. The worker came across again and I reordered for the second time and she said "have a goodnight" in a sarcastic tone. So I drove around to the window and sat there as she ignored me. She finally opened the window and asked what I wanted (but not as in my order). Apparently her saying have a goodnight while I was at the speaker was her way of saying get lost. I ignored her sarcasm and said "I would like row Big Buford's for the 3rd time" I handed her my card which she flung back into my car like a frisbee and shut the drive thru window Another worker came up to the window and asked for my card back, but I was unsure if she had rung it up when I handed it the first time so was reluctant to give it to him again. She took my bag of my food as it was handed over from the line and threw it. I believe she may have been the manager and I believe the name was Sopie or Sophie. I can't review here cause I couldn't get food. I went through the drive through shortly before close - as my boyfriend keeps late hours and thus there are times I do (because of work) - and they weren't accepting cards - and this isn't the first time he's run into this. Either they are having a serious computer malfunction or they are just lazy cause when we drove by the window - the employees were just jerking off inside - the customer service was horrid - it was like they didn't care that they are one of the only places open that time of night and was inconveniencing their customer - they just didn't care. I have visited this location several times with good experiences of fast and fresh food, but not so much today. We ordered fish sandwiches and small fry. There was nobody in line and when we sat at the window for about 5 minutes Steve said they must have to catch the fish. I always see the wait as a good sign it will be fresh. We get our order and off we go. Hmmmm these fries are cold but the bag of sandwiches feels hot so I am hopeful. I give him his sandwich and he immediately says this is very hard fish and the sandwich is cold. He shows me and tells me to bite the corner, but I can see that it may hurt my teeth we break the one fillet open and it's nothing it appears that they cooked the fish to nonexistent status. So bad I have picture's for you fine fold. I attempted to fix it by removing it but the other piece on his sandwich wasn't much better the bread was soggy and I the cheese looked scorched onto the fish....it looked to me like it sat for awhile and when we ordered it they took the fish off the sandwich scorched it in the microwave then slapped them back on the cold soggy bun. We did not eat it. My sandwich had intact fillets and was warm but not good. It then dawned on me he wasn't friendly either. The food wasn't all that warm, and the employees are absolutely horrible. They have no courtesy and talked over me to talk to other associates in the lobby.
