One day, I sat at the place to order for almost ten minutes. I went around to check if it was broken and sat at the open window for three minutes without one acknowledgment from the staff. Now don't get me wrong, I understand that they were giving a huge to go order in the mobile order line, and we're busy, but when you go to Chick-fil-A, you expect that someone at least says good morning or acknowledges your present and doesn't just walk in front of your car and around it several times without even saying hi to you. The food is the food, it's Chick-fil-A. You're either going to like it, which many people do or tolerate it, which is where I fall, with the exception of the breakfast burrito. They're not over the top fantastic. They're not horrible, they are just okay.
