This is my go-to spot for quick, fast-service dining. You can walk into any location and know your meal will be cooked exactly the same way every time. The service was excellent--they promptly brought us our waters, and the food came out relatively quickly. I ordered my usual All-Star, which is my staple meal. There was a little more butter on the toast than I normally like, but I simply wiped it off and enjoyed every bite. My wife went with her regular chicken sandwich and hash browns. They took my order. The 2 of us ordered coffee. When the food came one of us asked about the coffee and they only brought 1. I had to ask again for the other coffee. Then brought half of what was ordered and I had to ask for the coffee again. Someone else brought it after hearing it 3 times. The bacon came after I finished the toast, eggs, and hash browns. I asked about the waffle that came with my order. They forgot it. After another 10 minutes I decided it wasn't coming so I went to pay. I asked them to remove the waffle and the guy said he couldn't. Waffle House is cool. The pricing is always great. Their food never misses. The service is better since they have online ordering. However, I see myself not eating fast food anymore. I'm noticing too many flaws in cleanliness. The ambiance is usually quiet the times I've went, as it's during their slow time. My turn off was seeing roaches crawling around the coffee machine a few feet away from my food. I took one for the team that time, due to it being late and I was starving. However, I won't be patronizing any Waffle House anymore. I just can't risk it anymore. Not to mention it's hit or miss with if the employees would be rude or kind. I just don't see the point in spending money and not being treated like I'm spending money. I usually would order their cheesesteak or their bacon egg and cheese sandwich with a side of grits. WH is always tasty - no matter the location, but this location was nicer than most. It appears to be newer and cleaner than others, as well as upbeat and attentive. Our waitress was very fast and the food arrived extra hot. The juke box was playing and the vibes were lovely. The team here really seemed to have it down. We were in and out within 35 minutes. Typically any Waffle House gets it right! This Waffle House served burnt bacon that ruined the whole sandwich.

For those of you who don't know, David and I have recently discovered the deliciousness that is Waffle House. When I heard that the former Honey's pool hall was going to be magically transformed into a Waffle House, the irony wasn't lost on me. Naturally, we made a point to come here as soon as it opened. This Waffle House isn't quite as big as others I've been in but I love the setup. There are booths, of course, and there's a nice bar area where you can sit and enjoy your food. We were here on a busy night and I was impressed that the staff was really on top of things. The manager Josh was great at keeping all of his employees organized and getting orders out fast. I got my usual All Star meal which is bacon, grits, eggs, toast and a waffle and I got a side of hash browns, just for good measure. The food came out cooked perfectly and my eggs were just how I like them. Josh even checked in with us to make sure everything was cooked correctly and I thought that was really nice of him. The staff is new, so the food took a little longer but that wasn't a big deal at all. Everything was as good as we've had at other Waffle Houses and the friendly service ensures that we'll be back to this location. read more

FLAT OUT RIDICULOUS! I called in an order at about 11:15 am, gave them my name for the order and everything. I get to the restaurant at about 11:30 and they told me they THREW MY FOOD AWAY because "it was just sitting there" from the managers standpoint. Then they tell me they're going to have to remake it because they didn't think I was coming. You have my number in your system, why not call and see what's going on?! I went to this location today. My family of 5 walked in to a filthy restaurant with napkins and straws covering the floor and covered dirty tables. All the employees were behind the counter but no one spoke or said anything. I spotted a clean counter, after swiping a napkin from under the counter with my foot before sitting down a woman approached us but only to pour herself a drink before leaving. We sat about a minute more realizing no one was going to serve us or WELCOME US sooo we departed. It's some serious issues going on with this location. I'm not sure if it was due to the place being crowded or not but the service was horrible. Staff members were loudly cursing at co-workers and customers. I found this to be very unprofessional. Also I observed one of the waiters digging in her nose before picking up a plate of food to serve to guest (she did not wash her hands). The table that I sat at was dirty and my food had some debris in it, some black stuff. When I asked what was the debris, the waiter claimed it was from the grill..... I recommend going at your own risk, but I have already noticed corporu of the poor service and I'll behaviors of staff. This seems to be the norm at this location. read more

The orders were all served HOT n quickly.The hot waffles n. offee came out 1st...only drawback is TOO many small individual dishes used on a small area table or booth. we condensed our bacon, sausage into SAME Plate, to make more eating room. This location just opened and let me tell you the staff is on it! My waitress was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered and within 5-10 minutes we had our food. I usually never have an issue with any Waffle House, but this one is disappointing. I only get a short for lunch so I called my order in. Took a little longer than 30 minutes to get my food.. Okay fine. I let it slide since there were a few orders ahead of me. Then when I got my food, they had put it in wrong. Okay... Let that slide too. I come back to work and realized there were no utensils. Now I got back to work late and can't even eat the food that was made wrong. It's not I can just turn around to get this. I arrived on a Sunday morning after my workout. I knew it would be busy as all Waffle Houses are on Sunday. No problem, it is just me so i usually can find a place at the counter. The hostess that greeted me (Kirk) must of gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. I asked if I could sit at the counter, he stated there were no seats there.. OK!!! I asked did i need to give my name to sit there... No response. Ok I gave my name... I went to use the restroom and dang low and below.. 3 seats at the counter.... I came back from restroom and he called my name and told me last booth at the end. Y'all it still had syrup on it. .. I asked the waiter if he could wipe it off, Kirk was at next table wiping that one off. He heard me ask the waiter to wipe it and his response was kids will be kids...
