I'm newly divorced, and agent Sue Carter at Ralph Hayward was wonderful! She wrote up a multi-policy for my new home and new (used) car. It's a small relaxed office, in downtown Vicksburg. The process was painless. I HATE forms! Sue asked me questions on the phone, and SHE filled out the forms! I just proofread them and signed. What a blessing! Trying to find insurance online was a nightmare- all the sites give your phone number out! I was getting calls day and night, from companies that I hadn't even contacted. The Ralph Hayward office is a setting that feels comfortable and folks are non-judgmental. My monthly payment is lower than I thought it would be, also. *UPDATE* This company let me drive without insurance, due to my bank locking up funds and not allowing an auto payment to go through. They gave me no phone call or text. They claim they sent an email- but it's probably not true. It's all rectified now, but I felt very let down that the situation wasn't urgent enough for them to lift a finger to dial me. Thankfully, I had no collision during the 2-3 weeks that my policy was cancelled!!! read more
