I did so and they did not answer and had a full mailbox. I waited and nobody called back. I texted them later that day and told them the situation and that they could schedule for whenever was convenient for them. They responded and told me they would be there at 2pm a few days later. I said 'That sounds great. See you guys then.' I come home early at 1:00pm to ensure someone is there in case they decided to show up early, as service people like to do (when they're not showing up late). Day of service at 2:00pm, they did not show up or call/text to inform me they would be late. Surprise; I assume they are running behind and decide to give them 30 minutes or so to see if they show up or call/text. They do not show up or call/text. I texted them a little after 2:30pm inquiring about an ETA and they apologized for not updating me and assured me they were running a little behind... 'but you are next', 'he is coming real soon', 'within one hour' and that I could reschedule if necessary. I told them I was open to either (whatever works for them) and could wait since they were close, but could also reschedule if it was easier for them. They assured me he was on his way and that 'he will be there' (within one hour). At 4:30pm (two hours later) nobody had called/texted or showed up. I called them and nobody answered and again, the mailbox was full. I texted and informed them that I would need to leave at 5:30pm and if they couldn't be here, I would need to reschedule because it would be too late. They did not respond at all. At 6:30pm (another two hours later and after I left) I texted them that nobody ever showed up or called or texted to respond or let me know that they weren't showing up. Bubbles popped up like they were reading it or writing something... but no response. Around 6:40pm they respond and tell me they were close by and could stop by in a minute... SMH. This is obviously after 5:30pm. This is also now 4 hours and 40 minutes late from the time that they chose and without ever contacting me about being late; I had to keep asking after they kept not showing up at the times they chose and said. I tell them that I am, as previously stated, now busy (sitting down to eat our dinner) and it was too late and I would need to reschedule. I also tell them that I did not appreciate them wasting half my day and would like it if someone could show up within a reasonable time; at least call/text me when you're going to be late (hopefully beforehand) and then actually stick to that time. Bubbles pop up again, like they're reading it or responding. Bubbles go away after a minute. Many hours elapse. They just totally stopped responding... Maybe you'll have better luck...Or not...? *UPDATE* Probably not. Finally got ahold of him. He then did this again today. Scheduled for 3:30pm and then when I inquired to confirm this AM... He never responded to multiple calls and many texts. Insane. **UPDATE 2** SMH. I just realized I should have simply utilized the community (Yelp) like I usually do and I would have known that 'No Call/No Show' is just how they operate. *sigh* ***UPDATE 3*** They must have seen the reviews (as they use Google and Yelp) and suddenly they appeared and had justifications for why this all happened. We had an issue with a hedge wall being knocked over by a gust of wind and knocking over a guest (he was fine thank goodness). We arrive and the lights don't work, we don't have the tables we were told only a week ago that they'd have, nor the chairs. Upon arrival and prior to entering my residence, the technician, "Manuel" immediately informed me he could not resolve my problem (prior to looking at my residential fire suppression system). After speaking with the technician's supervisor, "Jose" On Guard Fire Protection services refused any attempt to inspect/fix my residential system and would still charge me a$215.00 service fee. "Manuel" admitted he and "Jose" had been aware they were not going to do any work on my fire suppression system prior to arriving at my residence. My recommendation is any potential On Guard Residential Fire Protection Service customer strongly consider utilizing another company due to an apparent integrity concern with this company.
