That left me unsightly because the retainer my dentist gave me was not acceptable to the periodontist. Had another one done ..still no good so the periodontist made a temporary. Well long story short and a few months later I sit here hoping a bridge is a viable alternative. We shall see.... Dr Miller was a very professional clinician. He assessed my mouth thoroughly and gave me options he thought I should consider. There was no pressure to make a decision. I appreciated his demeanor, professionalism, and candor. An hour later I left with news I didn't want to hear including the cost of what it would take to get back to normal. I have some decisions to make but I know whatever I do I will likely see Dr Miller. I recommend this business and Dr. Miller.

I have never been to the dentist for that long. I wasn't waiting long, it took that long in the back. The hygienist was trying, but it seemed like she wasn't skilled. The x-rays HURT so badly and she kept saying she couldn't get what she needed. I left in the middle of the flossing b/c it was so bad. It hurt so badly and again she kept saying that my teeth are tight so she couldn't do it. Ok, my teeth are tight, but I have never had a professional tell me they can't floss..Luckily, I found a GREAT dentist who didn't have any of these issues. So it can be done. But, do not go here. Also, I have NEVER thought a dental cleaning hurt before in my life, so this is unusual.

I started going to Dr. Farley about 15 years ago after a bad experience at another area dentist. It…read moretook Dr Farley and 2 surgeries at an oral surgeon to correct my teeth from an overly large crown that the previous dentist gave me. So I have spent a LOT of time in Dr. Farley's chair getting work done and he is fantastic. The issue with the overly large crown and the resulting problems it caused was corrected and thankfully everything is good now. I also had more cavities than normal for a while. (Maybe from growing up on well water and not fluoridated water?) Through all of it, Dr Farley was really patient. He took the time to explain everything and make sure that I was as comfortable as possible during procedures and called me the morning after we had to do some more intensive work just to make sure I was doing ok that next day. After a number of cavities, he recommended fluoride treatments with each cleaning and I have done that and been cavity free for years. Oh yeah and I am afraid of needles. Dr. Farley was great about going slowly with novacaine injections and that I was good and numb with whatever they rubbed on my gums before giving the injection. One thing that I love is that they can make crowns right there and you are not having to deal with getting a temporary crown until the real one arrives. He's picky about them being perfect and that is what you want in a dentist!! I can't imagine going anywhere else and hope that I never have to. I'm very thankful to have found Dr Farley. And a shout out to the rest of his great staff who treat you like family. Kelli & Misty are fantastic too! The location is VERY convenient to uptown and they have the best selection of magazines in the waiting room of any doctor that I've ever had but they are so efficient about getting you right back that I never get a chance to read their magazines!! If you have to wait while someone else is having work done, you will get to enjoy them and the drinks in the waiting area.
