I read their website and they seemed to be very receptive to helping people find out what their pearls are worth and possibly even buying them. I called to make an appointment to find out what my family's pearls (multiple sets) are worth. My grandfather had been a jeweler in New York, so I really feel these are probably nice pearls. The girl I spoke to just asked if the pearls were large sized. When I replied that I believe they are probably standard sized pearls, she was extremely dismissive and said that they would not be interested and that they were busy.
