We waited one month to see a speech therapist for my 2 year old son at TES. When we called we were…read moretold that we would get an appointment the next week, but a day before the scheduled appointment, we were told we had to wait for another month for the first appointment. We said fine and saw the speech therapist on 11/2. After ONE session, we were notified that the speech therapist was leaving TES so no more sessions for my son. Naturally I was not happy with them wasting all this precious time for my two year old. I urged them to notify my insurance as soon as possible that they had discharged my son so we can find him a new speech therapist that my insurance would pay for. Another month later, insurance company told me they heard no word from TES. Still no speech therapy for my two year old as of today. I called TES and obviously they are avoiding my phone calls (because my husband called from an anonymous number and they picked up right away). I'm sure many kids had a good experience with TES but you just never know if your experience would end up like mine if you choose them.

wish there was a 10 star option this comapny is EPIC and I…read moream a mom who looks for the BEST when it comes to my non verbal lil guy. Been doing ABA with him for 13 years and we have had a few agencies that were so unprofessional so anoying when it comes to issus no parent has the time for, like billing issues, waitng lists, green BI's non supportive team and lets not talk about the turn around of staff which means your child has to start all over again. i have seen it all BUT the good news is if you are reaing this that means you are possibly looking for a new company for your little... HERE !!!!!!!!!!! this is where you want to be. TES is as perfect as you will get, and i have done the leg work for you. I swear this place will work for you. I was so sick of searchig and not knowing what I was looking when it came to ABA years ago I appled and went to work for a few companies to get a birds eye view and just as I suspected 9 out of 10 had only one end goal"" to milk your insurance"" with under trained staff who had no skills come to your home and waste your time and more importlty your childss window of learning. I have given so many hours and so much money to so many companies not knowing if they new what they were doing if it wouold beneit my son, my pride and joy and some small gains were made but too much time was lost along the way... so I emplore you as a parent who obvioulsy cares to take time to read this long revivew "" TRY TES" you will not be disapointed. Our BCBA Carey B is so compassionate about her role in our success as a family and our son as a person not a client. Our Behavior specialist Lindsay is my sons best friend, teacher and biggest supporter in his future. our teams superviswion staff Rachel she may be benind the scenes but I feel her suppoprt and presene 100% So there you have it a mom who wants the BESt for her child, searched and searched and finally found the BEST... First time PT patient!! I've been experiencing neck pain and self-diagnosed myself with 'tech neck'…read moreafter nearly 8 years working a computer job. I got a referral and once that went through, I called to make an appointment. I was able to get one SAME DAY. I came in the afternoon, parking lot was looking full but I was able to snag a spot close to the entrance. I walked in and PT is on the first floor, nice! I got checked in pretty smoothly and I didn't have a co-pay but we will see if I get hit with a bill later down the road. I did not have to wait that long before I was called in, probably less than 3 minutes. I had an evaluation with MF and she was great! Super professional and taught me a handful of stretches and movements to perform. She felt my neck, checked my mobility, and watched how I would work from home standing. MF gave me a lot of tips and printed out a sheet so that I can reference when I'm at home. She gave me all the tools; now it's on me to change my posture and tight pec muscles. I hope that I don't need to come back to PT because hopefully, I take everything that MF taught me and implement it into my daily routine and create a routine for myself. I think it's important to do a PT visit because we can get lost on the internet just doing random arm stretches or buying a neck massager when we really need to stretch our chest, build upper back muscles, and work on our posture. Thanks, UC Davis and thank you, M Foltz!

I had about four therapy sessions with him. I think Chad is an excellent therapist. Two days ago, I started a lower back therapy evaluation session with Dale Woolley. Even though it was the first therapy session but he squeezed in some exercises for me, and sent me home with a program to practice, in video and email as well. He's an awesome therapist and he has great advices on how to handle my lower back pain.

A MUST READ IF CONSIDERING SENDING A STUDENT. Worth noting-…read moreWe did lots of research prior to deciding on this school and saw the reviews good and bad on every school review site. I have to say the bad reviews are 100% accurate. Our student had no issues academically or with regards to conduct and completed primary grades in another Catholic school, we are familiar with the system. This is an honest review sharing points that I find valuable to know ahead of time as this is a huge commitment for families Let's be clear, there is no "brotherhood" here. This is a study in what politics and donations can do in EVERY aspect. If you are not donating (in addition to tuition), alumni or "legacy" you should expect nothing. We realized this a few months in and gave our child time to come to it on his own. Six months later, we left. It's a hard lesson..learn from ours. Here is what they do not tell you: *Not all families pay full tuition-so be prepared to take it on the chin subsidizing others while they continue to ask you for more. *The school is proud of how many families travel from all over the Sacramento area to attend-yet they do not respect families time. I'm not sure who can handle fluctuating start and end times each week, but it got old really quick. *Additionally, you will have additional trips to the school numerous times a year to satisfy other requirements for performing arts participation -when your child is not in performing arts. This may not sound like much, but it added up to extra HOURS for our family. *There are some really good teachers there, but a few that shared their views on racial issues too frequently. *A staff member was inclined to call and try and pick a fight to remind us that we signed and agreed to our son participating in what the school believes in when we questioned the safety of a required "volunteer" activity around homeless. A child is not a car contract , and parents never relinquish their rights by signing their kid up for school. If you are familiar with Catholic education, most schools acknowledge they are the secondary, behind parents in forming students. That is not the case here. *Be prepared that if you are not doing the extras above, your child will not see any real athletic opportunities for sports. These spots and spotlights are reserved for donors/alumni, etc. *They say they do not offer athletic scholarships. Yet, many kids are there because the school enticed them $ and openly share the details with other students. Several sleep in class and do not appear to want to be there or understand the opportunity given to them. * No surprise, drugs are on campus and the admin does a decent job addressing it. * They have no tolerance cheating policy which is great. But we lost count of how many messages we saw other students asking to copy our students' work. We thought we did our homework and jumped through every hoop-and for us it was a joke. We spent over 3 hrs a day commuting, + $ and we have no idea what it was for. Save your money for your child's college.

Hated this school. The administratio from the principle on down. Best decision we ever made…read more Thriving now. Our experience was, straight kids don't fit in no matter how hard they try to be accepting of the differences. Mather and science teachers were good.
