Went in to ask a question about my Personalized license plates to see how to remove and avert them for another car later. Going to apologize in advance as I have forgotten their names. But the first young man looked at the form I had filled out. Handed me another form I needed top fill out. At first, I was thinking I would have to go to the end of the line. But he assured me that once I filled out the form to return to the desk. Then as I finished, the nice lady next to him called out my name. Almost felt guilty going ahead of those waiting, but she took the form and gave me the replacement plates for my vehicle. Mission accomplished! I told her how pleased I was with them both and how lovely the office looked and flowed. I was happy to tell their Supervisor the same thing! They deserved praise! Just make sure to bring your membership card - Sitting area has a lot of chairs so you aren't stuck standing around waiting - clean space - has a TV monitor in the waiting area that you can track your name for - Overall everyone I interacted with was really nice and professional - good air conditioning on a hot day if you're waiting longv Cons: - it looks like if you come for DMV services the wait could potentially be longer (I observed a lot of people still sitting there waiting even after I was done with my stuff). - I would say if you have a really common name, it can get confusing because when they call your name to go up to the worker's desks, it can be confusing which person they're calling if there's multiple people - just double check that it's the right category you're waiting for.
