I never once received a phone call from him--not a welcome call, not a follow-up, nothing. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails, all without a single response. The service team was no better; follow-up was poor and often nonexistent. I was actively trying to get information and quotes for a new life insurance policy, an umbrella policy, and adding car insurance for my daughter. Despite repeated attempts, I never received a call to discuss options, timelines, or even confirm when someone could reach out. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism was incredibly frustrating. Eventually, after continued inaction and rude interactions, I decided I no longer wanted to work with this agent and requested to be transferred to someone else. Even that process required constant follow-up on my end. In the end, I had to take matters into my own hands and handle it myself. Terrible service, zero accountability, and absolutely not the level of care you expect when dealing with important insurance matters. I would not recommend this agent or this office.
