After my longtime Farmer's agent retired, Anthony took over, and I continued my business with them. Anthony genuinely seemed like a nice, personable guy, which was actually a relief, however I will admit that from time to time I felt that Anthony was a bit jumbled and all over the place. Considering he's a busy guy, I didn't mind too much. Erica, on the other hand, has always been on the rude side to both my husband and I. She gets really snippy and short and she doesn't have a problem cutting you off or interrupting you before you get to finish your sentence. She also is terrible with passing along my or my husband's messages for Anthony to return our phone calls. It's frustrating when I'm the customer and I'm the one who has to constantly call in when my phone calls aren't being returned as promised. Anyway, after about 2 years, we decided to buy another car and add it to our insurance. Long story short, I was severely misled. I was quoted at one price, and then when the bill came I got charged something a little more expensive. I called in about it, and Anthony didn't really have a solid answer for me to explain the price difference. I accepted it for what it was, and paid it. Then 3 months later I got another bill for multiple hundreds of dollars. My bill was more than $300 compared to what I was quoted. I called in, and as usual, Erica got snappy and rude and passed me onto Anthony, which was what I wanted in the first place. Anthony proceeded to speak to me in a demeaning, belittling manner. As a customer, or as any other human being, no one appreciates being treated like they are less-than. He even went so far as to rudely chuckle at me, continuing to interrupt me and treat me like I'm stupid. He also made little comments that insinuated that I am an inconvenience to him. As a professional, it was just appalling and unacceptable. I finally just gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere. Luckily I found 2 other companies that offered the same bundle discounts, and same coverage for more than $100 less than what I was paying Farmers. So overall, the whole thing turned out to be best this way, however these people should really work on their customer service skills ASAP! read more

I've been coming here for several years prior to Anthony. They've been able to offer me the best quotes compared to other insurance companies. Probably because as a family we've been able to bundle all of our insurance needs. You have the option of paying your insurance once a year, every 6 months or monthly. They're able to work with you and figure out what the best options are. The new staff are really nice and friendly. Especially Robin who works at the front desk. I've been in contact with her more frequently and she's always pleasant to work with and answers questions thoroughly so you're not left with any doubts. I haven't had any complications thus far and hoping it stays that way because nobody ever likes to deal with insurance issues- it can be such a hassle. Definitely recommend. read more

My experience was amazing. I had insurance under my parents under Mercury insurance and it was super expensive so I wanted to find coverage that was just as good but a lot cheaper. Erika was amazing she walked me through the whole process and got me the perfect coverage. I'm a student so insurance is very expensive so I was worried I would end up with something super expensive and low coverage but Erika reassured me that she would help me find the perfect coverage plan that is affordable for me and make sure that if I am ever in an accident there will be no unexpected outcomes. Wow, what can I say about this guy? I switched over to his office last year and he's made a huge difference for my family and for my mom. His rates not only beat my former company (State Farm who I have had since 1986), but he always answers his phone or returns calls right away. His customer service is top notch and isn't that what you want in an insurance rep? Add that to low rates and you got a winning combination. I recommend to all my friends to at least call him and get a quote. If he can beat what you're paying now or even get close, you'll be delighted with him as your insurance guy. I've worked with Erika multiple times and every time she has something new to offer me to fit my needs. She is excellent! She gives me plenty options to choose from and even if I don't pick something right away, she follows up with me to see where I stand.
