I'm not the one who usually gives out 5 stars to anyone/anything because I feel that anyone nor anything is perfect but after doing business with Ralph, I truly believes he's "Close Enough" to earn it! You see I found after a night of storms that a huge branch had fallen on my roof, 5 O'clock in the evening. You see most companies are off the clock and then you're stuck with an voicemail and to leave a message. Not with Ralph, you call him and he'll answer! Within an hour Ralph was at my residence giving me an estimate (which was the cheapest I had found). He stated he'll be out first in the morning to start, which he was, by the time I arrived home from work the huge branches were removed from my roof and after the clean up, you would have never even noticed he was there (besides the missing huge branches from the tree)! He did such a professional job that he's already been given the "Green Light" to remove the huge tree on my property in which the branches had fallen from! Ralph is not only eager to assist you but is also determined to build his business! I want to express my sincere appreciation to Ralph for not only doing an excellent job taking down a dangerous tree that fell during the storm, but also coming through for my family. Following last week's storm, Ralph came out and gave an extremely fair estimate, along with timeframe for removing a large portion of my tree that fell on my neighbors roof. Unfortunately, the next day my father who lives in Virginia suffered a stroke and I desperately wanted to get down there. Since I had already advised my neighbor I would handle the tree, I did not want to skip out on them without the tree being removed. i recently purchased a home in pemberton n.j. the property had been let go with no maintenance for several years.i had cleaned up most of it myself other then the trees.2 medium size oaks,1 large sugar maple,and 2ea 75' massive syberian elms in the backyard,with 3/4 of the one dangling over my neighbors fence,shed and garden.needless to say a very precarious trimming to perform.and a fence around both of them.ralph and his crew showed up and trimmed all five trees expertly with no gliches.!!!!!! the 2 elms required a lot of roping and lowering which i must say was truly impressive.no damage what so ever.my fence had previous damage to it from branches that where falling out of them,which now that the trees are done,that is my next backyard project.i recommend ralphs tree service for any tree job out there,these guys(CAN DO THE JOB,AND DO IT WELL!!!)great job ralph looking forward to doing business with you again in the future. read more

Ralph is a class act. He is honest, his pricing is better than the competition, and his service is impeccable. Be warned, however: He is a busy guy and in high demand. Be prepared to have to wait several days to several weeks, but the wait is worth it. His crew arrived, and from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. worked on removing a behemoth 75-year-old maple and a medium-sized maple from my yard. Ralph even removed a smaller nuisance tree from behind my fence at no additional cost. Then, he and his crew ground out the stumps. I was very happy to use Ralph's tree service to trim my trees. He responded very quickly to each of my calls. When he came to the house he listened attentively to what I needed done and he did a fantastic job. At each step of the job I had great communication with Ralph. His onsite clean up was extremely well done and his prices were very reasonable. Very Satisfied - Very Good Job I had a really nasty tree removed by Ralph's Tree Service this week and I must say I am completely satisfied. Ralph and his team did EXACTLY what was promised. They showed up when they agreed to and removed the dangerous dead tree with absolute precision. When they left, you would have never known they were there - not a single twig or leaf was left. Ralph's came out to give us an estimate on removing 2 large trees, one dead and threatening our power lines and the other partially uprooted by the July storm. His estimate was quite reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The one tree abutted our fence and despite being very careful, a portion of the chain link fence got bent. They arrived the next day with replacement parts and repaired the fence at no charge. The trees were cut up to use as firewood and all brush was cleaned up and chipped.
