Been sitting here for over 40 minutes orfered my food 30 mins ago and still have not been served. About to get up and leave.

Ordered chicken wrap with ranch. No ranch or very very little. Chicken was very bland. Wife ordered Blt. No tomatoes on half the sandwich. Ordered refill of ice tea. Never got it. read more

This place doesn't deserve a star. A winter storm came through for a place that was open till 2am during a beerfest and ask patrons to leave by 1045pm. There were no rides available for customers and The MANAGER pushed people, touched people, and was violent to people because business was there. I understand that the staff would like to go home, but the manager shoved people in the smoking room violently because she wanted to leave and close. This is an experience I wouldn't want people to enjoy or be around a business who treats their CUSTOMERS this way. As a paying customer, it took us forever to get service and to be treated like animals felt Ashamed. She was a blonde lady with a terrible attitude and should be fired for how she treated her customers who were paying and trying to stay safe since the businesses door was open. This place is a joke. Our food was cold. The waitress was non attentive. Two people in our party were charged for two other persons bill. Those people payed and left. The remaining people were charged for there food and drink. When we pointed it out they had an attitude. They accused one in our party of having an attitude when we pointed out the error Going so far as to say we'll maybe it's all the drinks you had. He had one. I had never been to Ralston Keno before, but have always wanted to try my luck. I came in a bit unsure of how it all works, but the guy that wrote my tickets was super nice and took the time to explain some things to me. I believe his name was Mitchell??? Good daily food specials and free pop and coffee. Cant beat it for a local place to go. Get there before 10am for the Quick Hitter breakfast special. $4.00 for eggs, bacon toast and hash browns. Cant beat it! read more

I go to Ralston Keno alot for lunch, drinks, etc. The service here is the absolute worst. After the treatment at lunch today, I will probably not return. Lori, our "waitress", was by far the rudest person I've run into in a long, long time. 25 minutes to even ask what we would like to order then flat out refused to refill our drinks even when we asked. It was pretty mind blowing. I truly wish I hadn't paid early and left her a good tip because she was really the worst. read more

While some of the reviews tend to be negative, I have yet to find fault in the quality of the food. the service is not fast at all, but when you consider they have a self service soda and coffee fountain, youre there for the recreation of the meal and to maybe gamble. That's not to say the servers are bad at their job, just the opposite. theyre very attentive, just overwhelmed with customers. I don't gamble, but I am a fan of inexpensive and decent bar food, which this is to a T. They also have the best chicken & wild rice soup in town. The best kept secret is their breakfast. for less than 5 bucks you can get a lot of food, all cooked to order. Not the classiest place in town, but if youre not in a hurry, and like getting your own drinks this is a great place to kill an hour over lunch. read more

Went to Ralston Keno today at 945am to meet three other people. We were sitting at the bar. I was there for approximately one hour and had to ask each time for a drink. The first time the barmaid walked by me numerous times avoiding contact and the second time I had to say I would like a drink which she immediately went off to do something making me wait. If this person dislikes her job so much she should truly find a new one and allow someone who likes to wait on customers. I was never offered a menu or asked if I would like anything else. When will management realize the money they are losing due to this person being rude to paying customers. Apparently she is not capable of waiting on customers at the bar and the floor and being pleasant to paying customers. There is nothing like paying to have your drink slammed down on the counter no where close to where you are sitting. Also there was one person who had never been there before and was taken back by this behavior as well. read more

I've been here a few times now. The food is good. Nice atmosphere for hanging out with friends. The thing that is horrible is their service. Horribly slow. For such a big place they don't seem to have enough help. If I am going with a bunch of friends just to sit and hang out then it doesn't matter as much but if you go before a hockey game then make sure you order your food 2 hours before you want to leave otherwise you will be taking your food with you. My husband and I are regulars. We always sit in the area where the keno writers are (middle section). We ALWAYS have to hunt down a server and sometimes when we do they take forever to come take our order or recently we asked a server 3x to come in and take our order and she would not come in. We have been told over and over there is always someone assigned to this area....then why do we have to hunt them down?? On a positive note the food is good. read more

I absolutely love this place. Very relaxed atmosphere! Staff is always friendly and polite. Even if your not into Keno it's still a great place to come and have a cheap drink or get a bite to eat. They have tons of tv's with almost every sport channel imaginable. I come here at lest twice a week. I would recommend this place to anyone! If you happen to sit in a booth ask for Ashley to be your waitress she takes really good care of her customers. read more

Ralston Keno has become a hot spot for weekends...It's a great atmosphere for all adults, not to mention the great food and CHEAP drinks!! My friends and I love it there and the service has always been top notch!! We will definitely be back next weekend. read more

Where do I start...the waitress we had was uncaring, inattentive, lacked basic skills and was rude. The management also must not care much because the staff was thin and in no way could give quality service to the number of tables they had to take care of. Times like this the manager should be out on the floor helping out. When I gave the waitress my order I made it clear that I wanted the chicken wings first as an appetizer and would order my main meal when the wings arrived. My wife ordered the hot beef. It took 45 min. for the food to arrive. During this time the waitress did not visit our table once to see if we needed drinks our anything else. When we got our food the hot beef had a thick skin of dried gravy that even had cracks in it. The wings were lukewarm at best. The waitress turned to walk away without even asking if we needed more drinks. I stopped her as she walked away and asked for more drinks and that I wanted to order a bratwurst. The waitress looked confused and told me that they don't have bratwurst. She had no idea the brats were even on the menu. After pointing out to her that brats were on the menu she turned the order in. The brat that showed up 1/2 hour later was small burnt on one side and was in a bun so disappropriately large it seemed a joke. I asked to asked to see the manager and told him of our experience. He comped part of our meal and told me the brat was frozen that's why it took so long. This happened about 10 days ago on or about 2-18-11 about 4:00pm. read more
