When you park in the parking garage, the whole smoking pedestal by the door is so old and gross, the carpet was dirty. The hallways had a foul odor, the escalator was broke so you had to walk down the stairs. Omaha Ameristar take a look around your facility. It's really gone downhill. There's a lot better options around the area. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

The vouchers could only be redeemed at the bar inside the casino, and there was only one bar available with very limited seating. I was also surprised that there wasn't a cocktail menu or any signage showing what drinks were available, so ordering felt like a guessing game. The drinks themselves weren't impressive. They were served in small plastic cups, tasted pretty weak, and didn't feel like much of a value even though they were free. I think adding a drink menu, expanding the seating, and improving the quality of the cocktails would make a big difference especially for concertgoers stopping in before a show.

We had a standard K room & went almost immediately for the bed, exhausted. Which brings us to the bed... she was worn out. Not getting old, not starting to wear. I'm talking sit on the edge and slide to the middle before being swallowed up by this very beyond it's best buy date mattress. Lastly, the breakfast room is huge & had tons of options. We didn't look at them all. No bananas, tho... only apples. In all fairness, every property we stayed at this trip, regardless of brand, had no bananas. We had boiled eggs, scrambled egg-like substance that was loaded with veggies & the hubs had a waffle. Coffee was drinkable. For under $100 to crash, it was acceptable. I'd prefer they raise the rate & get new mattresses!
