I made an appointment to get my eyes checked and from the first call I made everyone was incredibly easy to deal with. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was all very friendly. The exam was completed and every question I had was answered with patience and understanding. I had my eyes dilated and so picking frames was a bit of a challenge, but thankfully I was given good advice on what looked good or fit me well. When I returned to pick up my glasses, which were done super fast, Abi helped me out and made sure everything was just as I expected. I felt like I was the only customer at that moment and I appreciated the attention I received. I'd highly recommend Berkeley to anyone.

The doctor was an absolute treat, and the young man who adjusts glasses, installs lenses, and I'm sure does much more, couldn't have taken better care of my issue with my old glasses--which I didn't even get from this office! At the front desk, the young ladies were so helpful. They were able to locate and order a pair of Gucci frames I wanted, even though they don't normally keep or display them.
