The owner "Will", is one angry little man! *NOTE: This is NOT a women friendly business, ladies! Message me, if you need a few good tire referrals! (I also have a GREAT, reasonable mechanic)! Long story short (I hope!) I bought a set of four brand new tires in 2015, and last week I had to buy four more brand new tires! (I didn't buy them from Ram this time, because they were $80 more than every place else!) I DID go to Ram for the alignment though, and they told me they couldn't do it, because I needed new control arms, which were also too expensive at Ram, so I got them done at my mechanic, and came back to RAM for the alignment they couldn't previously do. After I got the alignment done, I was sitting in my car looking at receipts, and found that Ram had sold me 4 brand NEW tires only 4 years ago, and they only had 35,000 miles on them, before I started having to get "used" ones, because I couldn't afford to replace these prematurely worn-out ones. AND, I saw they had already installed NEW control arms only 19 months ago, for over $300! When I went back inside and brought both of these warranties up to Will, he started YELLING at me, saying "Well, maybe something else caused it?" I said "What else is going to cause the arms and tires to go bad so early??" And he started screaming "WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME STUPID QUESTIONS? IF YOU ASK ME STUPID QUESTIONS, I'LL GIVE YOU STUPID ANSWERS!!" ....Clearly!! I guess when you ask this company about a warranty, it IS a stupid question, cuz' they're never going to honor it!!! (Those tires were SUPPOSED to have a 70,000 mile warranty)! ALL the customers and employees had their mouths open, watching this maniac SCREAMING at me!!! If I hadn't left my phone in the car, I would have turned the audio recording on!! Sometimes it takes a while to see a company's TRUE colors.... I was shocked that he would sit and yell at me like that, especially in front of other customers! I mean, is he TRYING to annihilate his business??? This is one scary, irrational, "fly off the handle, walk on eggshells", type of character, folks! I mean, I've heard him yell and belittle his poor employees several times, and I thought it was quite UNprofessional, especially for a business OWNER, but if he thinks he's going to yell at ME, a customer, like that, this guy is living in DILLUSIONVILLE! I DO NOT put up with disrespectful "men!" I will STOP referring him, like I have done plenty of in the past, and will also call a few of the other friends, I've referred that have used him in the past, and let them know "what's up". I have been coming here for more than a decade now that's crazy but not crazy is how well, Will, Juan, and Roman ALWAYS! take care of me and my family My fathers car was stolen and when recovered whoever stole it put on aftermarket wheel locks so when my father took it to the dealer for a flat repair they were going to charge him 60$ a wheel to remove wheel locks and 27$ for a simple patch. I told my dad to come to RAM TIRE he spoke to Juan and said to bring it in we will take a look not only did Ram Tire repair a patch but also put new wheel locks and lug nuts on his car that is Top Notch Customer Service in my book. I was a patron here for a decade now for as long as I've been driving. I had my alignment done here a little over a year ago after having my suspension worked on. I came in today after having my tires changed by Costco and I was told that my previous tires were worn unevenly. I popped in at noon and I was told to come back at 3pm since they were busy. Not a problem. I came back at 3pm and my car was not looked at until 4:15pm. I get being busy but don't tell me to come back at a specified time and then make me wait over an hour. What irked me even more was that I had come in to just have my alignments checked. I had repeated this twice to the gentleman that helped me when I brought my car in at 3pm. However, when I got the keys back 2 hours later the alignment was already done without my approval and I was handed an invoice. I like the work that is done here and I've been very happy with the way I'm treated by the employees in the past. However, this visit has honestly felt disingenuous with a lack of respect for me and my time. read more

Last night (8pm) I got a flat-tire. Fortunately the tire was a run-flat, so I was able to get home. Pirelli (the tire manufacture) also has a warranty on their run-flat tires, which makes them appealing given their high cost. So, how does this relate to this place? Read on... Unfortunately, the Pirelli run-flat tire is not stocked anywhere (except for at the dealership where the cost for install + part is ~$500 - 600). I called this shop at 7:45am and they ordered the tire I needed and said it would arrive at 3pm (same day). Furthermore, they told me they would accept the Pirelli warranty. Doesn't seem like that big a deal, right? Well... I also called literally 7 other places (including the dealership). None of the other places had the tires in stock (except the dealership). None of the places with the tire out of stock could get the tire today (and I need it today, because I'm taking a red-eye flight in 5 hours). Also, 6 of the 7 other places (dealership included) would NOT honor the Pirelli warranty! These places are listed on the Pirelli website as certified dealers... but all of them played stupid ("Pirelli doesn't have a warranty", "The dealership is the one you need to talk to", bla bla bla). So... THANK YOU Ram Tire for (1) ordering my tire expeditiously, (2) working with me on the warranty, (3) treating me respectfully in person and on the phone. read more
