I've been coming here for close to 13 years. William used to be such a nice guy. I loved going there, but the last few times I went, it has been very disappointing. It was a few years ago, the mechanic did not know that my hybrid car does not make any noise when you turn the car on. So he kept trying to turn on until he hears the noise (I had to stop him!), which could hurt the engine. So I told William that maybe he needs to train him about it since to me, it's a common knowledge. He instead said, "ok I'll tell him and I'll fire him". Omg, that's not the kind of response I was expecting. All I told him was to teach him about it before he hurts more cars. So his reaction to handling this kind of issues was very inappropriate and disappointing. But I still came for oil change or car maintenance because it was such a good price.... Until now. It's not $67. And they charged credit card fee, which they did not even ask me before I gave them my card. I only noticed after I came home. This kind of things should have been communicated before charging the customers. 4% service charge for credit card is very high. And the maintenance only comes with oil change and tire services. Nothing else. Therefore this will be my last time using Ram tire. read more

I had hit a pothole the night before and was driving on a donut and needed a new tire the next morning. While I was waiting for pep boys to open, my brother told me about this place and that they were already open. So I decided to give it a try since it's close by and on the way to work. I purchase a GMC C7500 Topkick from Ram Tire CO Inc. At the time of purchase I asked Alan Fox, the owner, are there any issues with the truck that I should know about? Alan said, Everything works as it should, no issues. It turns out that there were issues with the truck. The steel casing for the tarp is crushed and therefore the tarp cannot be rolled out. The door on the drivers side cannot be opened from the outside. The transmission is not working as it should. 1. The door doesn't open on the driver side from the outside. You didn't disclose that to me. 2. The steel tarp casing is thoroughly crashed. Needs to be replaced. The cost is $4000. 3. The truck is over CDL. When I asked Alan if it was under CDL he said yes. The insurance is twice as much over CDL. And you need a class 3 license to drive it 4. The brakes and the transmission need work. Please Alan fix my truck. read more

30 years of buying tires here. I also get them checked out when I have a problem. I was concerned about a tire that seemed to be going flat. I brought it in, got the tire checked, got the tire pressure checked all the way around. I hadn't a wheel alignment in a long, long time. So, to get that done I needed some suspension work which is not uncommon for a 2000 Toyota 4Runner with 260,000 miles. Good work.
