The same lady has helped me on all three of my visits, and she is very knowledgeable. I can show her an inspiration photo, and she immediately knows exactly what flowers I'm looking for. She'll even walk me through how many bunches I'll need and what to order to create the arrangement I have in mind. I really appreciate that she takes the time to explain everything and makes the whole process so easy, including tips on how to keep the flowers fresh for longer. Also, even if the flowers aren't physically at the shop, they'll do their best to bring them in for you. For example, I was recently looking for peonies, and other florists were quoting me around $28 per stem--which adds up VERY quickly! However, once we got back and started working on arrangements, I was honestly disappointed. About a quarter of the white hydrangeas had noticeable browning and signs of rot. I had no choice but to cut around the damaged areas, which significantly reduced what I could use especially frustrating considering the cost. For reference, 50 hydrangeas (25 white, 25 blue) came out to $185, so I expected better quality control. Overall, the convenience and customer service were there, but the flower quality at least in my experience did not match the price. Oh and the hydrangeas started to wilt by the second day. *This was a last minute purchase as my online delivery order had a unforeseen delivery delay.

If I recall, it started out as one small shop which to this huge space! They have so many gifting ideas from fresh flowers & arrangements to live plants, merch like T-shirts, vases, pots, etc. Staff are friendly & helpful. My dad recently picked up a bouquet for an offends for my dearly departed grandmother. Tomorrow is her heavenly birthday, she would've been 106 years old. In comparison to other places like florists, farmers markets, the Los Angeles Flower Mart, supermarkets like Ralph's or Pavilions, the prices here are on the higher end. It looks like this shop has continued to serve its community well that it has grown in size. Today was a good example, it was very busy with many customers patronizing the business.
