I order flowers for a viewing at a church and asked to put in more white flowers told the lady I wanted white carnations and white stargazers; unfortunately the flowers looked so blunt nothing requests except for the sunflowers and a few white roses nothing else stand out looked very poorly made. I couldn't take a picture because I wasn't going to do it in front of the church; but I wish I had so it could posted and be seen how poorly it looked. The delivery fee was also a bit price but I needed to have them delivered; I think that is the reason why it's not something that looked great; since they know the customer is seeing it after it has been delivered. Tucked away in a small corner, this small florist caters to all of your flowering needs! It was my girlfriend's birthday so I wanted to stop by somewhere local to buy some flowers for her. While waiting for my food at Belly Bombz across the street, I walked over to this store. Nothing more than a few minutes walk. The nice lady inside greeted me and kept me company while I was browsing her arrangements. I couldn't find anything on the cheaper side like a simple bouquet so I opted for a $30 rose/hydrangea arrangement. The store lady helped me grab it from behind the refrigerator and changed out the hydrangeas for new ones. She didn't have to do that but I was very grateful! She also sprayed it with water for me and advised that I grab a small card for free. Next time I'm in the area to grab boba from R&B tea or Belly Bombz, I'll definitely have to stop by again! read more

Floral arrangements are one of those things where if it is NOT done well, you can definitely notice no matter who you are :) therefore, if you are a bride in search of a florist for your special day, it is one of the most critical component of the wedding. I am SO lucky that Jane was able to really bring to life the exact floral arrangement I had in mind! She visited the venue with me, and than sat down with me and consulted with me the details of the day together. I never write reviews but I feel like I should because she went such an extra mile for me and there's a weird review that I read that made me wrongly apprehensive about the place. I had misconceptions and I'm glad my visit showed me otherwise. I ordered flowers for my grandma and I yelped the place while I was waiting for her to get them for me because I was curious & saw someone mention the difficulty of communicating what they wanted with the owner. I didn't know what ribbons and filler was but it struck me as something good to have in flowers (this is my first time getting anyone flowers lmao noob moment) and she had no problem showing me and adding them last minute for me. I wasn't there when she was CLOSING so maybe she was in a better mood? But I showed her the review because I just was so surprised that it was describing someone very difficult and she was absolutely kind and patient about answering all my questions. She gave me advice on what flowers would be nice for my grandma and was willing to make the adjustments too. In my conversation with the woman while she was helping with my grandma's flowers, she said she gave that reviewer the ribbons and fillers for free. Lmao. That wasn't mentioned obv. Anyway, it was an interesting and pleasant interaction with the store owner and I will be coming back again. I suppose if you're an entitled consumer, you may be disappointed that the store owner is not catering to your every desire when she is a human being too and has business hours. My grandma loved her flowers :) I think it's gonna be my thing for her now lol and I definitely know where I'm going for them! I called Pioneer Flowers to send an arrangement to my sister for Christmas. She is in assisted living. Sometimes you're not sure if they get the flowers or when they deliver. Not so with Pioneer!! They sent me a text for when they were delivered. I could call my sister to ask about her flowers. She loved them and said they were the prettiest ever!! Stopped in recently after work to order a bouquet. There wasn't anything I wanted from the already made assortments so the lady working there was able to whip something up for me. She was very friendly and worked fast. Even though I was standing right there watching her the whole time she worked calmly and made a beautiful arrangement within minutes. I ordered the bouquet in a jar and so she put the jar in a box to avoid spillage in my car. I really appreciated that as some florist do not offer the box. She informed me that the bouquet she made was not her best work since she had to rush with me there. She advised me that I should call ahead next time so that she can make a more beautiful bouquet. I personally thought the bouquet she made me on the spot was beautiful so I look forward to what she'll create when I call ahead next time. :) read more

My mom placed a special order from overseas for a delivery for my birthday last year. They messed up the "surprise" delivery because they couldn't find my house, so they had to call me directly asking me for directions. But I thought that's understandable because that can always happen right? Soooo THIS YEAR, my mom placed another order for me and asked them to please deliver flowers on time TODAY BY 10am. My mom called me around 10:30am and asked me how I liked the flowers. I had no idea what she was talking about, but she told me that she was sorry that she ruined the surprise..but they should be coming shortly. I waited til 11:30am and no one showed up so I called them and they said that they forgot the order number so they were waiting for my mom's call since they couldn't reach her since she was overseas. Like they said, if they forgot the order number, they should have AT LEAST MADE SOME TYPE OF FLOWERS AND HAVE THEM DELIVERED TO ME. They didn't even apologize--nope, NOT EVEN ONCE. They asked me if I can tell my mom to call them so they can make the flowers and deliver them to me tmrw. so I told them to just cancel the order and they lady said "your mom told me your birthday was tmrw anyway" My mom purposely asked them to deliver them on Saturday (today) because they are closed on Sundays. I placed an order online for this BEAUTIFUL mixed bouquet that I knew my mom would love. So when she received the flowers she sent me a picture thanking me and I just couldn't believe my eyes when i saw the flowers. They looked NOTHING like the ones I ordered The online bouquet was FULL of mixed flowers and they had an equal amount of flowers all around the bouquet.The bouquet my mom received had a majority of daisies and barely any of the other flowers.
