Francis came to my place 1 day after I called up to mention a problem with the hotness of the water since a slow undetected prolonged leak upstairs was dripping into my water heater (for months) Francis has A+ troubleshooting skills. And his teaching/explanation was also top-notch. He quickly tested a bunch of different stuff to get the lay of the land. Then with that complete info he quickly gave a theory for the problem (mixing valve). Then after more questions he gave a solid reasoning as to what triggered that to occur. On top of that, he came up with a couple ancillary problems also (that can cause problems in the future).
