I knew the Pressure Regulator Valve needed to be changed and the shower stems needed to be replaced. I had 3 other estimates completed for the same job. They range from repiping the entire house, piping from the street, changing the water heater, tearing down walls, etc. Taz Plumbing was the ONLY company that did not try to sell me additional work. There was no up sale after the initial estimate either. The work that was discussed was the work that was carried out. Estimate and total cost were still lower than the other quotes. And some of those quotes did not even include the proper work to satisfy the need. 1 year warranty on the work included.
