A friend experienced the absolute WORST lack of humanity at Ramen Legends!! They were immediately rudely confronted when they walked in while the staff stared at their son with disapproving looks towards his behavior. They asked them for proof for their service dog, which they provided and they said that it wasn't acceptable! The dog is 2 lbs and goes with them everywhere because he's their son's ESA and warns them before he is about to go into a seizure. He helps ease their son while they're out in the community. They have been in very "high end" restaurants that have never treated them this way because of their son's disability. We do not and will never recommend this place! A good restaurant isn't solely based on the food they serve.. it's also about how they treat their customers! Which their ill mannered ignorance has forever left a bad taste in all our mouths!! I truly do enjoy coming to this restaurant, for the time being, it is the closest I will come to eating some quality japanese cuisine. Although the Menu is short, it isn't necessarily a bad thing as it means they can dedicate more time to preparing the dishes that are on the menu. Normally when I do visit, I order the same food although I have recently started ordering a few other gems in my last 2 visits. My favorite dish overall is the Ninja Ramen. It has great flavor and the pieces of fried pork steaks are amazing. The dish makes me feel happy after I've eaten it and not tired and bloated as some other foods tends to do. Another food I have tried here is the Lomein and the chicken fried rice. Both of these dishes are cooked to order. The restaurant takes great pride in presenting their food and the quality shows. Out of all the ramen places in Corpus Christi this one is by far the best I have ever tried. They currently have two specials going: one that comes with a drink salad, appetizer, ramen bowl, and dessert. The salad and appetizer(fries octopus balls) were amazing. I ordered the Spicy Curry Ramen which was medium heat, for me, if you're looking for more heat order it extra spicy. The broth was to die for along with the pork, noodles, and usual ramen accessories. The dessert was scoop of green tea ice cream that really balanced the whole meal out. The atmosphere of the place was very nice and more than I expected. The same can be said for the staff. The chef greets from his station and the waiters were very well timed with their delivery and checkups. If you're looking for the best ramen place then Ramen Legend is the best out there. read more

Normally very good. I ordered carry out for my son's birthday. Got home and one item missing, unfortunately that was one persons meal and they didn't bother to tell me they no longer carry it. So I ordered another item and went back again to pick it up. They told me they cannot take off the item I didn't get from my charger because they already made one adjustment so I need to call grub hub. Then I get home and my ramen is missing the egg. I love Ramen Legend. Their broths are so flavorful, and they have creative non-traditional ramens on the menu as well. I've had the triple pork ramen with bacon, pork chasu, and pulled pork, the broth was complex and the egg I'm told has been marinated and added so much umami to the dish. I also have had the Cajun ramen and that was equally good, shrimp and sausage were the proteins included but I added bacon as well. New favorite ramen house for sure read more

I am currently here with the wife and she absolutely lived the Brisket bun 10/10, however it was a but overpriced 5.79 for the amount served. I paid $9.50 for what looked like a pkg of that cheap ramen that you get at the grocery store that's less than a $1 pkg.
