The physician I selected this time, Christopher Chen, was excellent. He compared my current EKG to the one I had there 3-4 years ago. Fortunately, there was no degradation in my heart's condition. Dr. Chen also researched the complete blood work report i had done (for an Endocrinologist) 4 months ago. He assured me all of my levels were excellent. I requested that I schedule a return to him in one year's time. Incidentally, the nurse or PA that attached the 10 Electrodes to my chest, was named Daisy. She was friendly and efficient...very competent. Really very nice. My entire experience was excellent.

I had to call the office and wait another 30 minutes before I could finally speak with someone and get the order sent over. I called the office and waited 50 minutes, only to be told that they could not schedule an appointment because the doctor had not ordered a follow-up. So who is going to review my lab results? I am going to call my insurance company and ask them to refer me to a different practice.
