There were also repeated issues accessing the backyard because tenants did not leave the gate unlocked, which led to overgrowth and additional work. While I understand the difficulty, communication about these access problems was not consistent. Without timely updates, I couldn't address the issue with the tenants.Sanitation problems were another concern. Dog feces were often left in the yard by the tenants, but again, I wasn't consistently informed, which limited my ability to correct the situation. I explained that I work full time and I took time off of work to meet with him. I then asked if we could reschedule. He eagerly accepted my offer to reschedule for later the same day. Again, he no called and no showed. The following day, I received a call from his office saying "he had an emergency". This company does not operate with professionalism. No matter what came up, he could have called or sent a text message. My time had zero value in his mind. I could forgive forgetting once, but to not show up later the same day, forces me to scratch this company off of my list of possible vendors for our project.

They did a…read moregreat job of both describing to me what the job would look like, and also working with me to try to fit the design in my head, with the reality on the ground. The work crew that came were awesome and the poor guys had a hell of a time. Full disclosure, our yard is large but old, with old pipes and a pool as old as the house but no blue prints of where those pipes are. During construction they inadvertently hit the pipes that I had no idea were located, and which they warned me ahead of time could happen. They worked through it all, came up with options and solutions, and were polite and energetic in the execution of it. I cannot say enough about those guys and I really appreciated their work. Some things just cannot be helped, but it's how a company and it's crew react - and they were all awesome. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again at some point in time. When I have time I'll post pictures of the new fence (gotta find some from before the fence too).
