We recently had a fence repair and small concrete job completed by Adali and his team. Adali is great-very professional and responds quickly via messaging. He is accommodating to requests and stands behind his work. There were some small hiccups in our project, but Adali made sure things were remedied quickly and to our liking. I hired Adali to maintain my yard bi-weekly in downtown Lodi. He has been reliable for me so far and I am very satisfied. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this because I have never felt this level of disrespect for my time and money by another human being. I hired Adali to resod my lawn and put in a new sprinkler system. I don't know where to start and want to make this as short as possible so let me start off by saying he didn't level the ground to lay the sod, I had to buy additional dirt to fill in the holes and the mounds he left all over my lawn are still there. He breaks tiles on my walkway and doesn't bother to let me know. The "New" sprinkler system he put in leaks at the main valve and multiple different sprinkler heads are leaking. He didn't put any additional sprinkler heads in to properly cover the whole area; Adali just patched my existing sprinkler system and capped the areas where coverage was needed. Many parts of the lawn are dead now. He agreed to weed and feed, which was part of the deal that I paid for, and he never came so weeds are now growing. Even after all this I cut him a break and tried to arrange a time for him to come fix all his deficiencies, since MAY he would say he would come on a Friday and would no show, wouldn't call to say he couldn't make it nothing. This happened at least 8-10 times with no exaggeration wasting my time missing appointments, he would not call to say he can't make it just have me waiting for him wasting my time off. If you could see my text feed with Adali it would blow your mind. If anyone would like a copy of the text message exchange between me and this man, it would blow you mind! leave me a message and I will send it to you. That is what had me write this review this man does not honor his word and is a manipulator he talks like he is a man of his word offers a warranty on his work and doesn't follow through. After missing all those appointments, he no longer answers my calls or texts. I Probably missed some things, but you get the point, and this review is getting too long. I am assuming all his good reviews are from friends and family, do yourself a favor and don't hire a guy with this kind of character. read more

There are not enough words to express how greatful and happy with the work that Adali, along with Oswaldo and Guillermo, have done for me and my husband. The project started on Monday 3/25, with what was supposed to be dealing with weeds, laying some new sod and checking the irrigation system. Due to issues of bad workmanship that had been done BEFORE we bought our house, the project became a lot bigger than expected. Between fixing someone else's mess and delays caused by rain last week, they completed the work today. Adali's initial quote was very reasonable, and stayed reasonable even with the additional costs for the extra work that needed to be done. I would like to provide an update regarding the trees that were planted by Adali in my previous review. Unfortunately, after the trees grew, 4 of trees were the wrong trees, and despite my attempts to address the issue with Adali, he has yet to rectify the situation. He has not been answering my texts nor called me for an update. After multiple attempts, I've decided to write a Yelp update. Despite his positive attitude, his responsiveness has been lacking. This lack of consistency was also a contributing factor in our decision to discontinue his services for lawn maintenance. Greatly appreciated the accommodation of my last minute landscaping services request, great price, great quality of work

After finding Adali on Yelp, we negotiated on a price and he came out to help me repair my lawn. He was prompt. Showed up and did what he needed to do. He presented himself well so I figured, I'll give him the business to do other projects since he came out to help me repair my lawn. As some others mentioned on here, he's not really responsive and he doesn't show up on time. I hate to say anything bad about him because he is a genuine person but his time management and unresponsiveness is pretty bad. It took a while for him to provide me with a quote for concrete. After multiple calls and text, he either said he forgot or he got too busy. This went on for weeks and there was always an excuse. Finally, after multiple conversations with him, we agreed on a date for him to come out, but he came out to my house really late and he was not prepared. He didn't have the contract ready so he didn't get started on the concrete for at least 2 hours after. I waited for him to show up so that I can go to work that day because I figured I'll sign the contract and be on my way but that wasn't the case. There's just a lack of respect for time that he has with customers. It's very unfortunate but depending on who you are, it may be a different story. So after he completed the concrete, I realized that it was rough, grainy, patchy and some parts of the concrete was orange so I asked him if he can smooth it out with a machine or do something to fix it. After multiple texts and calls with him, he agreed to come over to check it out. Well, he came to my house around 9-10pm which was super late for about 10 minutes to hand grind the concrete but by that time, it was already dark so there was no way of telling what was what. I called him back the following day and we agreed on another date and time for him to sand it with a machine but something came up so he canceled, and then he said he would do it in the next few days but knowing the pattern, I knew I would need to call him to remind him or he would not come out. After trying to contact him multiple times to have him fix the concrete, I can tell he was not willing to help me considering he had already been paid. Again, others may have a good experience with him but when it comes to timing and being responsive, its a hit or miss depending on who you are. read more
