Anyway, my front bumper had been replaced poorly, then one day I hit a curb and that was the last straw. I needed a new one. Cesar at BodyShop661 was helpful and was able to get a good deal on a new bumper. Still going strong for almost 3 years. Fast forward, my trunk had been leaking water. I had just avoided using it. But I had a baby on the way, and knew a stroller would be in the trunk on a regular basis. I thought the leak was due to misalignment in the trunk door, so I brought it in. Cesar and the team, when they easily could've taken advantage of a desperate pregnant lady, were kind and fixed the seal of the trunk for free rather than selling me on a more expensive and unnecessary fix. West Hills Towing proudly carried on the towing industry tradition of having the warmth and hospitality of a parking ticket. What made it extra impressive was this was through AAA, where you usually expect at least a little professionalism. Enter Nancy, self-appointed Supreme Court Justice of Towing Operations. Before my vehicle could apparently earn the right to be transported, I was informed with a spectacular attitude that because I didn't have my registration physically inside the vehicle, my tow was being cancelled. No problem though. I called AAA back, they sent another tow company, and amazingly, the vehicle was towed with zero drama, zero attitude, and zero need for a hostage negotiation. Being stuck needing a tow is already stressful enough. The last thing anyone needs is someone treating them like they're trying to smuggle state secrets instead of move a broken vehicle. I sincerely hope Nancy finds the inner peace she's clearly searching for. Until then: DO NOT USE WEST HILLS TOWING. If AAA assigns them, do yourself a favor and request another company immediately. They arrived on time in a clean and I mean CLEAN Ram flatbed tow truck.
