I am not only a petrified patient, but I am not a truly trusting individual. Dr. Mehta has earned my trust. He has done procedures for me that presented themselves unexpectantly, free of charge. He is not one that has ever nickle and dimed me. He also stands by his work. When he did a check-up a few years back ,he told me that a crown he did much earlier was bothering him because he felt that with his new xray technology, he felt he could have spaced it better. He advised me that he would like to redo it at his expense so it would fit better with the help of his new xray technology. That day really cemented my trust in him. When I had a difficult implant to do ,he would not do it and refered me to a great surgeon. He told me that Dr. Kim had more experience than him on implants so close to a major nerve and he would feel better letting him do it.That also showed me that he cared more about my well being than just getting a fee for the work. He also took charge of a situation involving my 4 yr. old having a sreaming fit with her first filling. Instead of sending her off to get put under ,he made the extra effort to help her (successfully I might add). Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Mehta. We found this place and it definitely worked for us. The dentist is a sweet older woman, very heavily accented, but she definitely knows what she's doing. In between her and her assistant, you'll get great service at great rates (we were able to pay for all our fillings out of pocket). Nothing fancy about the location, its a small office sporting little more than the necessary machinery. I imagine a lot of people pass this place up because there's no fountain in the reception room or any ivory statues of Herculean men with heroic jaws to inspire confidence in the institution, but if you know what you want you can get it here. It'll be done well and it'll be done much cheaper than most places, and she wont try to scare you into buying services you don't need (something i've seen a lot of dentists do). Definitely worth your business.

She's not into marketing services either, if you don't need it, she will tell you... This is not a fancy dental clinic, so don't get your expectations up... There are no LCD TV's or fancy waterfalls in the waiting area... Perhaps, this is how she keeps her fee low... She is also understaff compared to other clinics... There is just her and an assistant... My 5 stars was for the great service she gives... its nice to know that there are still dentists who does a good job, and does not scream $$$ all the time...
