I'm grateful to be receiving services at Orange Village dentistry. Although I don't remember how long I've been attending Orange Village, I do know it's been a couple of years now. I'm grateful for the support and consistency in communication from the front desk support regarding scheduling my appointments, payments and answering my questions every single time. I'm constantly needing to keep track of things in my day to day routine but once I get to Orange Village, I don't need to worry about anything since they take great care of me. I appreciate the patience the staff has with me during getting my x-rays completed. My dental hygienist is Amanda. Amanda cares about her clients through preparation and communication. Ananda is Knowledgeable and cares to share that knowledge with me. She explains every step prior to starting and is considerate on clients understanding and approval before proceeding. Poor scheduling practices, won't be coming back. Rated two stars for friendly staff. I tried to bring my two young children in for their checkups. I asked if they could both be seen and they scheduled the appointment for 12:30. We were taken back pretty quickly, but after the dentist saw my first child, she left. By 2pm, my second child still hadn't been seen and we had been waiting that whole time for her to come back. My kids were getting more and more restless and we finally had to leave. I explained to the front office staff that we needed to leave and would reschedule. She said that the checkups have to be scheduled an hour apart, and that the dentist has an hour from the start of the appointment time to see us. That means my first kid could be seen at 12:30 but we could be waiting until 2:30 for my second kid to be seen. Unfortunately this means we won't be able to come back and will have to look for a practice that's more kid- friendly. read more

I have been going to Orange Village Dental for about three years, mostly for routine cleanings and annual checkups. The dentist was always kind, professional, and attentive, and I never had any issues during those visits. On my most recent visit, a filling had come off and I was told I needed a root canal and crown. The estimate was very high, so I decided to seek a second opinion in Tijuana. There, the dentist was able to treat the tooth with a regular filling and advised that a root canal and crown were not necessary. As a result, I was able to save the tooth and save a significant amount of money. I saved approximately $1,500 compared to the original estimate and about $7,300 without insurance. I am glad I sought a second opinion before proceeding. read more

I've been to a lot of dentist offices and this by far felt the most welcoming. Ariel was so informative. She explained my finances and benefits with my insurance so well cause let's be honest who REALLY knows about deductibles and co-insurances, not me. Jodie did my cleaning and she was so thorough. There was one point during the cleaning where she was so persistent on one of my tooth cause a little bit of the tarter wasn't coming off and she was so adamant on taking it off, which she did. I knew I was a difficult patient lol. She made sure I came out of there with my teeth sparkling. Dr Henry is AMAZING. He explained everything so well and made sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout the entire process of the many teeth work I had done. I felt bad when my gums weren't cooperating (they were bleeding a lot ) during my crowns, saying it again, I'm a difficult patient. He had to do extra steps to make sure my crowns fit properly and he explained those steps so well since I wasn't too familiar with them. The $59 first time patient deal is a scam. You will have to pay anywhere between $600-$2000 no matter what unless you walk out immediately after the X-rays. They want you to have insurance so that they can over charge for BS, and if you don't then they'll charge you a couple hundred bucks the same day. read more

I used to love this place, but the hygienist I loved left. But I figured whatever, I'll still come. They called to confirm a few times and I confirmed, but they still kept calling. I arrived. They upgraded their systems but something felt sketchy and unorganized. They asked me to sign up from scratch with their Smile app, and then told me I already signed up and she has my username and password. Then Ayde asked for my phone, I'm pretty tech savy so that felt extra odd. I demanded my phone back and she was in my passwords. My fiance helped me find this dentistry. I am scared of going to the dentist but what I felt going here was that they were most helpful and inviting dentistry I have ever been to. It starts with the receptionist, Robin when I first called in who couldn't be more helpful in guiding me to get started. I was seen by Dr. Ray and her assistant, Alex. He helped me with getting my x-rays done and was super thoughtful and caring. Dr. Ray put me at ease and told me what she was doing every step of the way. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure I wasn't in any pain. She was extremely professional, explained what I needed to have done. Good care with people who listen and retain the information you give them. They keep accurate up to date records and have a fast check in process you can complete before you come in and visit to cut down on wait times. Have met with Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Sultani and they both are very professional and give very sound advice. They don't spring a big bill and fear monger you into doing preventative dental work that isn't necessary. In fact Dr. Nguyen had found slight issues on some of my teeth he could have engaged with and charged me for and told me he'd rather not because it could cause a larger issue down the road so they monitor it. I had a root canal done for $900, and the provider recommended a deep cleaning and one filling, saying a regular cleaning wouldn't be effective. I decided to skip the deep cleaning and filling, which would have cost an extra $700, and only went through with the root canal. Later, I got a second opinion, which included an X-ray, CT scan, regular cleaning, and no cavities were found. In the end, I saved $700. read more

Hygienists try to sell you $45 mouth rince. If you don't get itt they clean your teeth badly. Hygienists also tell you teeth need an electric toothbrush. I told them I didn't one. Hygienist said, "I know you're on a budget." Like I'm poor or something. The receptionist told me my co-pay was $45 when I didn't have a co-pay. She was trying to sneak in needless rince. Hygienist Q will rip your mouth apart and treat you badly if you don't want to hear about a toothbrush that emails you. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM Q AS POSSIBLE, and don't let them rip you off with the extras . The dentist said my teeth were good and I didn't need the extras. Also, today, the receptionist said they didn't have a supervisor. Maybe that's the problem. read more

First time teeth cleaning with Amanda. She was highly informative and spoke confidently about what to expect while guiding me through the process. She was very knowledgable and passionate about what she does and has interesting stories to share. This is my second time here (first time being wisdom teeth extraction with Aziz Maghen, which was also a great experience) and have had no issues with the office staff, Robin was knowledgeable and informative of billing, recommendations, and all around pleasant to talk to while being helpful with the process being straight to the point. I desperately needed to see a dentist so I'm beyond grateful to be able to get in on such last minute notice to address the incredible pain I'm in. Sandy took great care of me settling me in and getting my X-rays done. The staff here generally was hospitable and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. My first visit spans over two days. I first met with Peter the Oral Hygienist, who's was very kind and shared with me a plan to get my oral health back in order. I got to meet Dr. Henry Nguyen and go over the most important parts of what needed to be done. Today I met with Dr. Rahnama who treated the source of my pain. His team was incredibly kind and my root canal was painless. I have a follow up appointment next week with Dr.Nguyen. I'm so grateful for what was done to get me out of my pain. In February 2023 Dr. Maghen the Oral Surgeon did a phenomenal job on my sinus lift!!! extremely honest and went over every step of sinus lift without me having to go to YouTube ... "no big deal" he said! "When bone lose is present and implants can't be placed"...best way to take care of business it's harsh but it is the most successful as everything in dentistry is temporary. Dr. Henry completed two bridges for me and Dr. Miao the gum specialists is placing my 3 implants and can't hardly wait. Their honesty, goes a long ways... in the OC. The Office TEAM is amazing and definitely make you feel like Family when you walk through their doors! Referring all my family and friends here. Wisdom Teeth Extracted: Scheduled for Oral Surgery first thing in the morning. Received all treatment and out of pocket cost ahead of time. The oral surgeon (Azizollah Maghen DMD MD) was fantastic. I'm a senior and had two upper wisdom teeth pulled. I'm on my 4th day of recovery and have had absolutely no pain and no swelling the entire time. Pretty much running a scam with the $59 "special". It is supposed to be xrays, exam, and a cleaning. However, they do the xrays and a quick bs poke around just to not do a cleaning and instead claim you have all these problems and are in need of a deep cleaning that is $2k. At least do my regular cleaning and let me decide if I want to come back for anything else. Also, the dentist Sarah was really weird and came off as untrustworthy. read more
