Our son was treated there on/off for about 1.5 years, and we constantly had to argue with them (while in the office) to make sure they are not adding extra services (that were not previously discussed). Also, each time they would confirm that we will not pay anything out of pocket. Now after 2 years, I receive a bill, stating insurance did not fully cover some of the fillings. When questioned, their answer was, it was maxed out and just casually apologized for sending the bill two years later. Seriously? Never again.

I had come in with a tooth ache (ended up being a sinus infection) and was told I needed 2 root canals totaling $5000. I left and got a second opinion and I don't need any root canals. The following week the other side of my mouth hurt which confirmed it was a sinus infection. Previously I had come in for a $75 filling then was told I could not have the filling but would need to upgrade to an onlay which was $400. Please get a second opinion before you allow these people to remove healthy teeth! I will no longer be coming here and pulling my whole family from the practice. It's very sad that you can't trust your dentist to give you real information. Be aware!

Dr Ghowsi is really good with the kids and explains things well for parents like myself understand. His approach is very preventive, so if it's going to be a problem in the future, he'll explain why treatment needs to be done for that particular situation. For the dentist side of things, Dr Kim is awesome too. She is friendly and makes the kids feel relaxed in her approach. There is the regular pediatric dentist side and then the other side is the orthodontic side in the same building. One stop shop for your kids. When I've referred friends to bring their kids here, they say the cost is very competitive to other places, but the service is much better. Office is super clean, and they always clean after each patient.
