They were timely in updating my order by sending me receipt, invoice, order confirmation and delivery confirmation via email. Milt the driver was helpful and gave me a call when my grandmother didn't answer the door (she was with a neighbor across the street). I really appreciated that he made sure they were delivered safely and didn't just leave them at her door. She absolutely loved them and the picture looked just like what I ordered, which can be challenging to find when it comes to flower companies (I've had bad experiences with other companies). This was my first time using Ramones and I will definitely order again! Simply put, the floral designer is color blind! Ordered a "pop-up special" 4 days before delivery date. The arrangement delivered had white roses with white carnations. Sent an e-mail of complaint; they redelivered days later with a rose color of pink. The arrangement ordered was in a vivid purple bowl and was suppose to have lavender roses with white carnations. read more

A huge thank you to Darlene and the rest of the Ramone's staff for the wonderful arrangements that were created for the rehearsal dinner that we held for our son and now daughter-in-law. I was able to work with Darlene over the phone and through email to contract separately to come up with arrangements that would compliment the plant materials that they were using for the wedding. Darlene had wonderful suggestions for color and composition and the resulting arrangements were just perfect!! Darlene also worked with our dinner venue to arrange for drop off and set-up the day of the dinner. With all the other things going on it was so nice to know that Darlene had everything covered! We were even able to use the floral arrangements again on Sunday morning at an outdoor brunch, and all of the flowers continued to look fresh and lovely (and we used tulips - which can be a chancy flower in July heat, and there were 9 total arrangements!) Ramone's has lots of experience with wedding arrangements, we discovered, including at the Hotel Dupont and Bella Vita at Cavalier's Country Club (where we had her reception). Jaime, the wedding consultant, has any number of price points; she patiently showed us flowers, vases, and photos of her work; and was cheerful and patient when we decided to change some of the flowers in our original order. She is so detail-oriented that she provided magnets instead of pins for a corsage that was going on a delicate, long, lacy sweater. The bouquets, altar arrangements, table centerpieces, corsages, wristlets, etc. were all beautiful and delivered on time. I ordered online with Ramones florist, and I am completely disappointed. I placed an order two weeks ago, and received an email confirmation that the order would be ready by 8 AM today. I arrived at the shop at 10 AM, and the lady there didn't acknowledge my presence and continued on with a phone call for a good five minutes before she even acknowledged I was standing there. Then she looked around very confused, and went back to her phone call. This happened three times. Finally, she hung up her phone call and said, "your order isn't ready." She then just turned her back and walked away. I called out and asked why is my order not ready when I placed it two weeks ago and received an email confirmation that it would be ready for pick up at 8 AM. She replied, "I don't know it's just not ready come back at 1". This was an order for prom corsage and boutonniere. Luckily I do have a bit of time before I need it but her lack of customer service skills will ensure that I never shop at this florist again! read more

Although the flowers were beautiful and lasted a long time, I will not use Ramone's in the future. I specifically indicated on the delivery instructions that my information not be given out. The flowers were a surprise and were sent from a group, not just from me. I was disappointed when I received a text from the person who received them thanking me for the flowers. Someone in the office called Ramone's to find out who sent the flowers, and the order was in my name. Felt bad for my friends who also contributed to the arrangement. And, the surprise was ruined. Contacted Ramone's the day after this happened and was told that the manager would call me back. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I called to talk to her.
