I'll start off by saying I'm rarely every satisfied by car washes I don't do myself. I grew up and was required to wash my car every single Saturday morning, so needless to say, I'm a bit OCD about a spotlessly clean vehicle. I've taken my care to several local businesses in town, paid $100 or more, and felt like I could have done a better job by myself with an hour and a single sponge. Ramon's Auto Detailing is a different story. They've done an excellent job for myself and my roommate. Not only were they timely and professional, but I was 100% satisfied with the car wash I received, and I've bragged to about 20 of my friends about how they should all be using him. I would never recommend this Company. We discussed when he (Ramon) was available and he stated he could come on a Sunday. I told him I didn't think working on a Sunday was a good idea. He insisted working on a Sunday was something he always did. So, I said anytime after noon on the upcoming Sunday would be fine. So we agreed Sunday after lunch was a good starting time. When Sunday came he texted me stating he wanted to start a little later due to a headache. I told him that would be fine. I then waited till after 2:00 pm telling him I needed to leave the house. Despite needing the service on short notice(same or next day) I dialed up Ramon based upon the previous reviews stating the great service. Since he was out of town we decided not to rush to get it done before sunset but I was told he'd be here(my home) at 9 am the following morning once I'd sent him my details. I sent the details and held off washing it myself last night. Fast forward to 9:20 this morning, no answers on either cell nor landline and most other detailers are closed on Sunday. Communication is important as a small business owner and it's saddening when your expectations are not met. Ramon detailed for me once (about 3 months ago) intended to call him every 3-4 months. Been going to Arbor Car Wash on Jollyville every 2 weeks and today I paid the price dearly. They polished my newly painted 6 months ago hood with a dirty gritty clothe. I'm hoping Ramon will be able to buff it out 8/5/16 Most likely will not use again. He offered to install new headlights for me & pointed me I the right direction to buy them. One night after install will driving at night for the first time realized one light was not working. Said he'd check it for me 2 times & never showed up On the third day I realized my front right quarter panel is about to fall off. It's possible it has nothing to do with it, but it wasn't like that before & I certainly have not ran into anything! My neighbor accidentally got some paint on my car while having his house painted. Neighbor called Ramon, and Ramon got the paint off of the car. It wasn't clear if my neighbor was going to pay, so I paid Ramon. Then, I found out that my neighbor had also paid. Ramon said he would refund my $220 payment but never did and stopped responding to my texts. Beware. read more

Ramon's detailing was amazing. He came with two other helpers to wash two of my employees cars at our office, I asked the price and quickly got in line for the next detail. They did an amazing job and even popped my bumper back into place, just as a nice favor. We are looking to set up the service every other month at our office. Such an awesome job! read more

I have never given a negative review but I guess there is always a 1st. I initially sent out a message to multiple detailing businesses on Yelp requesting a qoute for 2 vehicles I wanted detailed. One of the vehicles, a motorcycle, was to be done in order for me to put it on the market for sell. I received multiple replies from the message I had sent on Yelp and decided to contact Ramon on doing the detailing work for me. Ramon made it clear that he had an opening the next day by his message and later by our phone conversation. I informed him that it was ok with me to do the next day but the weather was suppose to be bad. He assured that if for some reason the weather would impact him coming by he would notify me. As it turned out the weather was bad only in the very early am hrs. and by mid morning the weather was very accommodating. So since Ramon was wanting to take this job regardless of the weather, I felt assured that I would hear from him. Well I never heard from Ramon. He had multiple ways to contact me to let me know he couldn't make it or something came up. Needless to say Ramon lost my business. read more

Ramon did a fantastic job! I have 2 little kids and my car was LONG overdue for some tlc. We coordinated via phone, then he contacted me on his way to my home and when he arrived. This was super convenient for me since I run after little ones all day. Ramon thoroughly cleaned the inside and out. It looks AND smells like new again. Ramon is amazing. I drive a jeep and it's not easy to wash, but he took the time to get into every single nook to ensure my car was perfect. I've honestly never had a better or more precise car wash. I even had a scratch on the side of my car which was extremely obvious and he buffed it out and even used car paint to fill in the scratch. After he waxed it, it looked so great and the scratch was so minimal. He's extremely professional, kind and friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and make his customers happy.
