By taking our case, never intending to represent us through trial, they basically ensured we would not be able to find another attorney and would not be able to sue to recover our damages. That's when I sent a certified letter to his office, then surprise, surprise - a phone call! This man is not only a poor attorney, but his conduct borders on criminal.
