DON'T BUY HERE...., If you want a great experience buying a Maserati, go SOMEWHERE ELSE other than…read morethis place. We explained to the salesman (Eddie Murcia), that we were looking for a vehicle that had low mileage, was just returned off a lease ,accident free, and one that wasn't being used as a demo. We ultimately found out the hard way that wasn't the case with this vehicle . They treat you terribly, don't return calls , and the owner (Mark Abaid) and General Manager (Robert Chakamian) are the absolute worst people you will ever deal with in trying to resolve an issue at this dealership. I have pictures and proof of everything written in this review to back it. They sold us a 2022 certified pre owned Maserati Levante back in April of 2025. What we bought was a huge headache even till this day. The car fax was not accurate. We found out the front bumper was painted, driver door and rear passenger door was painted and the clear coat was chipping after bringing the vehicle to get professionally detailed and paint protection film applied. The car fax isn't worth the paper its printed on. After months of trying to get this resolved, they took the vehicle to their so called "quality " body shop and made it worse back in June 2025. Each time it was taken to the body shop in Springfield, NJ , I got an alert that my vehicle was being driven in excess of 80 M.PH. The dealership left the previous owners license plate in the vehicle. The vehicle was turned in back in December 2024 and the vehicle was being used by this dealership with the previous owner's license plate for months. As a matter of fact, The salesman was the one who picked the vehicle up in December 2024 but was told it was turned in a couple of days before will bought it. So much for transparency. Months later, they added bogus information to the car fax by saying they performed work on the vehicle while it was in our possession on several dates and it states the vehicle was turned in on April 23, 2025, from the lease. The vehicle was purchased on April 22,2025. It took 9 months from the purchase to give me the certified pre owned checklist which was missing my signature on it and dated April 25th 2025 ???? So, did the vehicle have the 120 points checklist completed? Is the checklist accurate if dated after the vehicle was in our possession? I had asked for months for this checklist and it was finally given in December 2025. This matter hasn't been resolved They should have been honest from the day we walked into that place. I have way too much information to list in this review as to why you shouldn't buy from Maserati of Bergen County . We wanted a fun vehicle to enjoy not to lose money on paint protection film on this "so called certified pre-owned vehicle" that had to have the film removed to fix their inspection points of the check list. Look at the attached pictures and you decide. Save your self time, aggravation, money and buy somewhere else ...You will regret walking through their dealership doors. Great job standing by your dealership and representing the Maserati Brand . This place should be looked into their business practices by the state of NJ. I should have read the reviews before I purchased from Maserati of Bergen County. Those bad reviews are accurate... I already reached out to the consumer affairs reporters for channel 4 and 7 news ....

I stopped into this Maserati dealership and spoke with Tim Buckley from the dealership on March…read more23rd. I was going to trade in my MC20 for a Suv for work. Tim requested a payoff and the sticker in which I provided to him within the next 2 days. Tim has not reached out to me as of yet. Today I received a call by another salesman from a lead, from which i emailed 2 weeks ago, they are now following up. The new salesman must of had me on speaker phone with Tim in the background and they told me to have a good day and hung up after I told him "not getting back to a customer in over 7 days is unprofessional" I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership, be aware.....

TLDR: Got a fair price on the car, and I would be willing to buy from them again. Good place to…read morebuy a car from, but add $1023 to advertised price to price-shop vs Carmax and Carvana. Car bought was in good condition. *5-star rating reserved only for dealers who add only tax and $175 doc fee to advertised price. They also should have changed the oil prior to sale, since it was slightly past due.* First thing people want to know: there is no bait-and-switch or time-wasting. You ask about a car, you'll get to see it and drive it. I purchased a used Acura RDX from them recently, and overall, I would say it was a good experience. The car was cleaned well prior to the test-drive, and they kept the appointment time. They were also accommodating for my arrival time change. The salesman was knowledgeable and attentive. The OTD price was very good. Having said that, the fee for nitro fill ($399, should be $0) and doc ($799, should be $175) is essentially mandatory, and that adds $1023 to the sticker price. For those who don't know, nitro fill is not a value-add (normal free air at Quickchek is 78% nitrogen, as is the air you're breathing right now). The doc fee should really be $175 (reference NY regulations on this fee). In their defense, almost all dealers charge these kind of fees in order to get to the bottom of price sorting searches, so competition pretty much dictates that they need to use these practices, too. I can understand the need to cover overhead, staff, rent, etc at a premium high-income location, but I would prefer that dealers operate like Carvana/Carmax and just build it all into the price, as opposed to tacking this on at the end in order to appear at the low-end of price-sorting on cars.com. ~1 month ownership check: No mechanical or other functional issues have come up. Car running great and as-advertised. I did need to change the oil, as the oil was last changed 1 year ago, and they should have done that prior to sale.

We made an appointment the day before making the 2.5 hour drive to see a specific model we've been interested in, and were very pleased that we didn't have to spend all day there. The wait times between the test drive and paperwork signing were minimal, and everyone we interacted with was super friendly and nice to chat with.

Matthew is a very knowledgeable, professional and low-key type of guy who answered all our questions and although he knew we were not buying a vehicle that day, he left us with a great feeling of not being pressured. We did several test drives over a couple of visits. Throughout all the time, without fail, he willingly answered each question promptly, again not once any pressure from him to purchase. Then... the big day came. I saw a vehicle on line, went to see it, and fell in love with it. However, I was nervous to think of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle for the sake of not wanting to have any problems. Matthew reassured me that he would have it completely checked, and call me in a few days when it was ready so my husband and I could take it for another test drive. My pre-owned Lincoln drives beautifully, and Matthew made this process smooth, hassle free, and such a WONDERFUL experience. He told me he would have a big red ribbon on my vehicle and he did!!! That red ribbon on that beautiful Lincoln Navigator sealed the deal. If you want clear pricing, no pressure and EXCELLENT customer service, Lincoln of Ramsey is your place, and Matthew is absolutely the BEST Client Advisor you will find. Thank you Matthew, Maria, and Ron (Finance Manager)!
