My 2014 Quattroporte SQ4 was a brand new redesign. I expected there would be new model issues like any car, and there were many...my previous dealer, Maserati Manhattan (now Volvo), and the previous service mgr here at MBC handled all of them miserably. I was sure I'd never get another Maserati...until Steve arrived. There is no nonsense with Steve. He listens carefully, takes the time to address the problems. My oil was a quart low and not ready for annual service, and he topped it off for me right away on the house. He took care of a subwoofer rattle that the previous guy poo-pooed...it took a 6 week wait/part order from Italy, but he got it done. My engine developed an inordinate amount of carbon buildup and the CEL went on; he took care of the problem under warranty. He does the best he can to make sure you get a loaner, whereas previously, you would have to wait 2 weeks or more for one. You go to a dealership to buy a car, but you STAY with one because of the service. Steve is the greatest asset that MBC has. He embodies all that is professional and it's people like these who create brand loyalty.

Today I received a call by another salesman from a lead, from which i emailed 2 weeks ago, they are now following up. The new salesman must of had me on speaker phone with Tim in the background and they told me to have a good day and hung up after I told him "not getting back to a customer in over 7 days is unprofessional" I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership, be aware.....

After a few days of having it home, I heard a grinding sound when I went to hit my breaks. This got worse over a few days. I brought the car to two mechanics, both of which said that the break pads were totally worn down to the metal, the rotors were ruined, and the break calipers failed. Basically the car was a ticking time bomb and safety hazard for those who drove it and for those on the road. On top of this, there were wiring problems that drained the battery which I had to pay for, along with a faulty right front tire which went immediately flat after a week. I tried approaching them with this, along with an estimate, and they basically denied any wrongdoing. So now I have to pony up about $1,300 to get this fixed or the car is undriveable. Don't waste your time here. Worst car buying experience of my life.

If you're going to sell a car, the least you can can do is it clean it. The Car was listed for 15k but based on its condition in actuallity it was really worth 12k-13k with the flaws. He wouldn't listen to my offer for the car and would not work with my offer. He also claimed he paid the same amount for the car that it's listed for which makes no sense because he wouldn't make any profit. On top of that he said I needed $3,500 for a down payment because he has "special banks" that require that much for a loan. Worst experience, I advise not to go there.

You won't get a good deal, you'll have terrible customer service experience. Your car will NOT be fixed on time or maybe even correctly. Don't do it to yourself. Go get a BMW or something, or at least go to another Audi dealer. But not Paramus, it's the same company as this.
