These people are completely amoral. They will try to trick you every step of the way in purchasing a car and thief service department sucks. My wife wanted a Porsche. The salesman gave me a BLANK CONTRACT to sign after we decided on a price. I knew very well how they would fill in everything after we left which was not what we agreed on from my unfortunate experience with them in the past. that they would change everything I was told. The salesman told me I would not be allowed to purchase a car if I didn't agree to buying insurance to cover the theft of the car. Even after I told him I'm already insured for that, he insisted that I wouldn't be allowed to buy the car without buying this worthless insurance. I told him I wouldn't buy the car if he insisted I buy the insurance and he insisted I had no choice. I was insulted and he much later said, after I walked out and told him I didn't want the car that I didn't need the insurance. This salesman obviously lied to me numerous times during the sales process and I called him out on it. I called him a lier and he didn't flinch because I'm sure everyone calls him a lier because he does it so often. I recently purchased a Cayenne from this dealership and had a terrible experience with both the sales and service departments. First, the salesperson, Cliff, sold me a brand-new vehicle with an active recall on it. The recall had been in place for three months, and Porsche corporate had issued a stop-sale order due to safety concerns. Despite this, they sold me the vehicle and allowed me to drive it off the lot. The very next day, I received a call from Cliff asking me to return the vehicle because the dealership wouldn't be paid by Porsche while there was an active recall. I am quite certain they wouldn't have cared if Porsche hadn't withheld their payment. Since I was feeling unwell, I requested they send someone to pick up the vehicle, which they agreed to do. The service took two days. However, after the service was completed, I noticed through my Porsche app that while the employee was driving my car back to me, they took a detour far from both my home and the service center. The distance between my location and the service center is only 32 miles, but by the time my vehicle arrived, there were over 70 miles on the odometer. It was obvious that the driver used my newly purchased vehicle for personal purposes. When I called Paul Miller Porsche about this, none of their employees made an effort to resolve the issue. Considering all the trouble I went through due to their mistakes, I would have at least expected a full tank of gas when I received my vehicle back, but I got nothing. I had the most conversation with Chris Dodin who is the service manager there. Chris refused to admit any fault on their part and tried to downplay this whole thing. The way they approached the matter is very frustrating. I do not know how they were trained but you should not talk to your customers in a demanding way. I still haven't received any apologies. Throughout this entire process, Paul Miller Porsche acted solely in their own interest and showed no regard for the customer. Selling a new vehicle with an active recall is illegal, and using a customer's vehicle for personal purposes without consent is certainly unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with Porsche USA and seeking legal action regarding this matter. read more

Some good deals. I was looking at virtually every Porsche dealer in nj, and this one had the best deals on used imo, mainly because there were a few options. I did appreciate that they let my wife and I test drive alone (2 seater so dealer didn't join). Gave me a chance to push the cars a little. Complimentary water bottles and snacks Major complaint was the wait. I had actually made an appointment mentioning the stock # of the cars that I was interested in. I expected them to be ready when I arrived but they weren't. Took quite a bit of time to retrieve them. Then even after that each stage took way too much time. Sad excuse of a dealership with some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Came in about 2 months ago to buy a brand new 2021 911 in Agate Gray and dealt with Matt B as my sales rep and Tom as the sales manager. At the surface it was like every other car deal. Came in to test drive the car (loved it), the price was acceptable and we moved forward with the deal. They had someone reviewing my trade in, and I said while you guys do that I'm going to go outside and inspect the car to make sure it's free of any flaws or damage. To make a long story short, I discovered a 2 inch tear or separation of material on the passenger side headliner right where you open the door. Brought it to the salesman Matt B's attention who's response was "oh wow look at that I didn't see that, that's ok though that's what you have a warranty for." When I expressed my displeasure with wanting a brand new 0 mile car having the entire headliner stripped and replaced I was told "hold on" while he disappeared into the back for 15+ minutes with no explanation. After Matt played middle man for 2-3 more trips to the back I asked for the sales manager to come out and explain what our best solution was. -- Out comes Tom, with a look on his face like he's doing me a favor by gracing me with his presence. Conversation went as follows. "I'm Tom the sales manager what's going on?" "My issue is I came here to buy that car but the headliner is ripped, let's come to a solution that works for both of us; I want the car but I can't buy a brand new car with the headliner in that condition." "Yea, well I actually just took a deposit on that car 5 minutes ago so I can't sell it to you anyway." "Okayyy...how soon can you have me a similarly equipped replacement?" "8 months, you can place an order for a new one." "Ok so help me understand this quick, I come to your dealership with a certified check in hand to buy this car more than 50% cash down, the car in question is damaged and you can't offer me a single solution other than get in line? Doesn't sound like customer service is a top priority here". "Well I can't help you, sorry." And I left. After verbal agreement on terms and conditions and after running my credit we were all peachy to proceed only have the salesman pull the ole bait and switch on me the next day. The following day after getting the APR and and financing terms finalized, the salesmen tells me that the 2yr CPO warranty will in fact only be for 1 year. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the management and sales staff and quite frankly expected more. They had plenty of time to inform me of their "mistake" in warranty length, but chose to bring it up at the last minute. Poor Service Department. Called on a Saturday for a tire replacement. Appointment was made for the following Wednesday morning pending on a Monday tire delivery. The tire was not delivered. The Service Advisor (Scott) did not call to notify or make schedule adjustment. Waste of time. And to highlight on how much they do NOT care, I called the Service Advisor (Scott again) on Wednesday morning. The Advisor promised to call back when the tire was expected to arrive in that afternoon. And once more, no call. After I called them again at almost close of the business day, the service manager said, no tire was delivered!!!!! Utterly waste of time and being unprofessional. read more

After taking care of the service, they refused to make final fixes at their dealership which only they could do because I had already gone offsite -- even though they never warned me that doing so would mean they would drop me from service. Unprofessional. I bought a car and test drove it. While on the test drive, it registered as low tire pressure. They said they'd take a look after the test drive (Angelo I think). I drove home and it popped back up and since I drove off the lot, I called to ask the guy if he fixed it and he "didn't remember" ...okay. During negotiations, I asked for the car report and they showed me AND told me that the car had no accidents. Years later, when looking at the car report, it showed it had been in an accident (before I owned it) Bottom line, horrible experience and not trustworthy. This is a bad experience and obviously would never recommend this dealership. Absolutely disgusting. I would hope to never buy a car from such untrustworthy people ever in my life. I bought a Certified Pre-owned Porsche from this dealership on Nov 20th, 2020. I assumed CPO from a Porsche dealer would come without common dealership headaches, yet my experience was nothing hassle-free. 1) At the time of the purchase, I was told that second car key is not available. I was assured that the second key will be shipped to me later, (as I drove to Miami right after the purchase) and Paul Miller dealership will cover the labor costs to activate it. I sent the invoice from Miami Porsche on Jan 30th, Paul Miller sales agent told me the reimbursement will be sent in 2-weeks. Have not received anything yet and my sales agent has not been responsive to my messages since. 2) In my visit to Miami Porsche in Jan, only 2-months after I purchased a CPO car, from Paul Miller, I was given 2 urgent repair estimates for $1678.39! One was for the brake pads, the other one was for the oil change. In my second visit to Porsche Miami (for the issue#3 below), I was told that Paul Miller service actually changed the oil but forgot to reset it in the system! Assuming this is true, I wonder what else Paul Miller service missed in CPO assessment, if they do not even do a simple reset for the oil change. 3) I visually inspected the car and did my test drive 6-days before the purchase. On the purchase day, out of trust to a Porsche dealer, I did not do a thorough secondary inspection. While I was in the car, a Finance associate and then my sales agent were sitting on the passenger seat to explain the purchase process. A couple hours into my journey, when I stopped for gas, I noticed a big ink stain on the passenger seat. I suspect someone with a pen in the back pocket sat on the passenger seat in between the date I first saw the car and the date I purchased. I unfortunately did not notice until the gas stop, as passenger seat had been occupied. Need to spend some $$$ post-purchase to have the car seat re-painted. In a nutshell, I am disappointed with my CPO purchase from Paul Miller. It has been too much of a hassle and headache! As my sales agent is ghosting me now, I hope someone from Paul Miller will read this review and at least send me back the reimbursement for #1 as they promised! read more

I was fooled because I bought my 993 from this dealership. 350 miles later, I brought the car in for an oil change and was told I needed 15k worth of repairs. It gets better - called an independent repair shop that specializes in Porsches and they quoted the same work for less than 50% of Paul Miller's price. I called Paul Miller 6 hours after receiving their quote and told them I did not want the work done - they charged me a 600 dollar restocking fee on the parts my job would've required. Guess that's what a customer is worth to them because needless to say I won't ever go back to Paul Miller. read more

BEST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE, and I wasn't buying a Porsche. While I waited for the car I was interested in to come off the lift (it had just arrived as a trade-in and they were changing the oil AND THE TIRES) Roger Ziontz sat with me and went over the carfax and answered all the questions I had about the car and the price (again, this wasn't a Porsche). I said to him a couple of times, "please, go sell a Porsche instead of sitting with me and waiting." His reply was that I was his customer, no matter what car I was buying. If this dealership has a used car you're interested in buying, no need to shop around. You will not find better service or a better price anywhere. For used car buyers, beware that in NJ it is rare for a dealership not to tack on thousands of dollars in fees. Paul Miller Porsche had one nominal etching fee. That's it. No games. To top off this excellent experience: when I arrived 2 days later to pick up the car, it looked brand new (it's 3 years old with 40k miles). Every scratch, scrape, and noticeable imperfection was buffed out. Rims renewed. Inside detailed. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Thank you Roger and John. read more

If you're buying or leasing a new vehicle I'd say you'll probably be fine here but you better know your numbers before walking in. Be prepared to leave if you don't get a reasonable deal. I'm not talking negotiating the last nickel which I never do but you should know what the vehicle and other dealers are offering for it. Just because you can afford an expensive auto doesn't mean you should allow yourself to be taken advantage of. In terms of a used or CPO vehicle or a trade in-You better be very careful at this dealer. I drove a few CPO's both with similar mileage and years. $7k difference in price though. The salesperson said it was because of the mileage. 10k miles doesn't equal $7k though. In checking out the first one I'm told several times how it's already been CPO by them. I see the bumper in the back has a dent (not big) and notice the seams on the front hood are off. So we go for a ride and I get it on Rt. 80. The car has a big shimmy in the wheel and is pulling hard to the right. I even show the salesperson how it's pulling a newly paved road. I asked if the car was in an accident? She doesn't know. Well the Carfax will tell us. We head back and take a look underneath the front bumper. All scraped up and pushed in on the bottom. Other body work needs attention. Keep in mind this car has already been pre-certified. All they did was take it in and put in on the lot. Nothing was checked. So we go look at the other Panamera. This one has a check engine light on but hasn't been certified yet. I take a look under the front bumper and the skid pad and bumper r toast. I find food in the back seat and it's dirty. This is $60k car, not a Ford. They have had the car in for some time and no one even bothered to clean it? Anyway we take this one on the highway and clearly the other car had problems. You could feel right way how the car is supposed to drive but this one again is not CPO'd yet. Again, clearly they took it in off a lease and just put it on the lot. Performance cars are meant to perform take some care in checking the vehicle before you put it up for sale. We get back to the dealer, pull the car faxes and low and behold the first one was hit. Now I had been in this dealer 2 years before with another Porsche I owned. I purposely told them it was a 5 series to see what the excuse would be for such high price on a car with a bad carfax. I was told point blank I had a bad carfax so the car is worth 20% less automatically when I tried to trade it in at the time. I did verify with several other people and dealers that this is what happens when you get hit. Cost of owning a car versus leasing. I check the NADA website and tell them look I'll take the car but it's worth 20% less. I make a fair, market based offer for both vehicles. They have to fix all the issues, replace a tire, bodywork and alignment but what you're asking for the car is way too much. Wouldn't you know the same manager who of course didn't remember me tells me that Porsche's don't depreciate 20% because of fender bender. Porsche are worth more even with a bad carfax. Mine had a similar fender bender 2 years ago but was worth 20% less. Mine was in better shape then what he had though. Moral of this story-If he's selling the car it's worth more, if he's buying from you on a trade it's worth less. Worst part is they are lying to me and I know it. Just for piece of mind I did verify the 20% rule with other Porsche dealers. Long story short the Manager made up more excuses then you can imagine as to why his car is worth $13k more than book. Tells me the car isn't for me and pulls the carfax away. He's literally getting into a staring contest with me and attempting to intimidate me. He's got the wrong one. I let my wallet talk. He doesn't want to answer how he is coming up with his final price. Real attitude problem. We discuss the other car, he's way overpriced on that one even with the CPO. Now I have NO ISSUE with dealers making money. I want them to. I also want to have a long standing, good relationship with the dealer whose honest. This guy is acting like all those Used car dealer you see on Route 46 with all their flood cars or computers they wiped clean so the engine shows no problems until you get it home. I've bought other cars from Paul Miller other dealerships. Never had an issue. Would I buy a car here? Yes. If it's new I'll know my prices before walking in very well. If it's used you be sure I'll have the car checked by a mechanic and get a write up. If they want to rip me off I'll walk away like I did a week ago. He can have the car depreciate more on the lot. This Manager is looking for suckers. If you buy right you can make a deal here but their are other Porsche dealers in and around the area where you will get better treatment for the same price. read more

I have been dealing with sales and service at this dealer for many years and at one time they were the gold standard. I would tell other service centers how great my experience was with Paul Miller. That has changed for the worse. I paid $7500 for service and tires. Dealer had my car for 10 days and could have had it as long as needed as I dont drive it often. They texted me (never once called me) to say that it was ready to pick up. The following day I showed up as planned and it was filthy (plenty of bird poop and dirt on the car) which was worse when I arrived home as the gel or grease from the new tires splattered all over the sides of the car during the drive. They must have parked the car under a tree with birds. Now I know why the service leader didn't speak with me and ran off after handing me my keys. I did text him since that is how he communicates and his response was "we are so busy, didn't have time to clean the car, sorry". I wonder if they actually did the service. I still love the car but the service is on par with Ford now. It's probably time to move on from this dealer and maybe Porsche as well. Makes me sad as I always loved this brand. While I was searching for my next car, I contacted a few Porsche dealerships in the states.
