My grandfather (Wilfred Schmidlin) worked there until he was 85! That place was his life. I basically grew up there. Our car got caught in a flood one time and I had to be rescued by one of the wonderful workers who put me on his shoulders and saved me. Water lilies are the most beautiful flower, and the smell, is just heavenly. When my grandfather passed, we put one in his hands-it was perfect. I loved it there. Now, those negative reviews, and those awful photos of the greenhouse (the back house) basically abandoned, with none of his beautiful lilies, the pond with no koi, it's devastating. The only reason I could see it looking like that is if there had just been a flood. I don't know how many times the river flooded those greenhouses, but they always cleaned up and started over. Except for the front office. Last I saw, that was pretty bad. So I hope the new owners restore it back to new, but also keep the Tricker history alive. Debbie Schmidlin Murphy

The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful, and assisted me in selecting an arrangement (I wanted something delivered my friend's home - not the funeral home). Within an hour, the arrangement was delivered, and it's really quite beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The manager should get out of his office to check this kind of useless behavior. Selection is typical Home Depot. They seem to be more well stocked than my California store but California is a shit show compared to NJ. They do have better " manager specials" which I appreciate. No bad experience really except for my first rant on employees that do nothing but hang out front. I prefer this location since it is also less crowded. Bought a grill over the summer and the guy helped us beyond the call of duty and that was really cool. Good showing by this store. Keep it stocked, keep front facing staff friendly and helpful; and it will be a gem.

And not to mention the return policy is very accommodating within reason. The staff are generally helpful and knowledgeable, though there are times when it can be hard to find someone for assistance, especially during busy hours. Genuinely the times I struggle the most with finding an associate is when I actually need help, such as unlocking some of the more expensive items or tools. I always joke with my boyfriend when I walk in knowing exactly what I'm buying I get flooded with assistance when I don't really need it. The store is well-organized, and I appreciate the option to check inventory online before heading in. Curbside pickup is a nice convenience, and they're usually quick with fulfilling pickup orders.
