I ordered a bouquet from Teleflora and I paid almost $100 for this piece of sht I ordered the Teleflora's Marvelous Mosaic Bouquet The most expensive one and this is what I got!!! This was for my friend who just had surgery see photos... are you serious with these? It's bad enough that it didn't even come in the mosaic pot that I ordered but the flowers aren't even close to what I paid for they were supposed to be succulents and different types of flowers. What I got was small roses and what looks like daisies or something. They literally look like they came from a gas station. Do you think this is fair to me? It looks so cheap..much, much smaller than the photo. I hope you're happy with yourself and believe me. I am going to leave you such negative feedback on every single platform I can find this is not fair and I cannot believe that you are in Montvale an upscale area and these are the bouquets you are peddling to paying customers. I called and they brought me new hydrangea to fix my arrangement which was nice but now 4 days later the whole thing looks terrible - wilted, drooping. I ordered an arrangment from here that was supposed to have delphinium, iris, balloon flowers, and more arranged in delightful shades of blue, complete with a blue-tinted cube vase. Instead, I got an arrangement that wasn't arranged well with some blue hydrangea, white roses, and white spider mums. I did not receive a single flower listed in the description. And neither was it sent in the blue-tinted cube vase. They are clearly just using stock photos and using whatever flowers they have on hand. Unfortunately, I happened to think the arrangement they sent was very ugly. If that was the arrangement advertised, I would not have purchased. Not worth $52.38. I ordered the flowers online on a Monday for a Friday delivery. They were for someone who was having surgery on Thursday so I wanted them delivered the next day. Also please note that I chose this florist because it was located only 1.2miles from the delivery location. On Friday after 5PM when I had not heard from the recipient that they received the flowers I called Montvale Florist to check on the status. When I called them, at first, they could not even locate the order and said they would call back. They finally called back said they located the flowers and would deliver them. They were finally delivered after 6PM. The flowers looked like they had been on the delivery vehicle all day. The roses were open, etc. I am very disappointed with this florist's service. read more

I used Montvale Florist for my wedding after a great recommendation from one of my family members. Originally I met with a man Joe, who was very kind and easy to work with. I had expressed my request for Tulips and Calla Lillies to be in my bouquet as well as my bridesmaids bouquets, which Joe had assured me would be possible. Joe also offered to throw in a sweetheart arrangement, free of charge, which I was very appreciative of. All was noted on a contract, signed and paid for. The day of the wedding, flowers were dropped off at my house, and I noticed the Tulips were missing from the bouquets. I let it go, thinking it was an oversight. But as we arrived to the wedding venue, our matrie d escorted us into the ballroom, where I noticed that our sweetheart table had no arrangement on it. Montvale florist also failed to leave behind a bouquet for the bouquet toss.My mother got on the phone with them immediately after noticing that my sweetheart table had no arrangement on it, and expressed my frustration as well as hers. Overall the arrangements were stunning and definitely reasonably priced compared to other local florists, however I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. It's one thing to promise something and not pull through, but to not fulfill what I had signed and paid for on a contract is completely unacceptable and disappointing. I sent Montvale florist an email expressing my frustration as well, and to make up for this, they mentioned that they would send me an arrangement free of charge, which to this day (3 months after my wedding date) I am still waiting for, and will probably never receive. They did however respond to me informing me that Joe who I had originally met with no longer works for their company and that the tulips that had been ordered for my bouquets arrived damaged. Completely understandable that certain things are out of our control, but receiving an explanation prior to my wedding day would have been nice. read more
