There is nothing wrong with catering ti a specific group of people but if they don't want basically black people in their establishment maybe they should have in house deliveries only. The one cashier was nice and I think she understood my frustration. We shop and do deliveries to feed our families just like everyone else.

You will not get a human being on the phone, and if you happen to catch someone from management at the store, they will behave very uninterested in helping you. Maybe they have more business than they care to handle. Maybe the owners don't know their workers are running the business into the ground. I've seen this before and it's sad. I still shop there from time to time for some specialty items, and because the location is convenient. But I miss what the store used to be. And i will miss them when they are gone.

There was a line of 4 people people waiting (myself included) for traditional check out. 3 workers were standing around idle the whole time. They knew none of us wanted self check out. They waited a good 8 minutes until one of the irate customers started complaining. Why not use common sense? Initiate and open another cash register right away to remove the line. We have to bag and self check out. What's next they call us in to restock the shelves too? Stop & Shop out! If I want to wait on line forever, I'll take my business to Aldi & Lidl. At least there I shave 30% off my grocery bill.

But other grocery items, soda and packaged food items are decent. The store has deals on many products all the time. The staff at this are nice. Most of the interactions with them have been decent. Mostly I use the self checkout, but whenever I used the regular checkout, it was quick and easy.
