I have an amazing job and saw that even tho I was very functioning in real life deep down I was suffering daily and needed help because I couldn't do it on my own and I'll fully admit that. The moment you walk through those doors you feel welcomed. The staff will teach you so many coping mechanisms and with group therapy you'll get to express yourself and hear like minded people tell their stories. I was able to finally get on my correct medication regimen and my mental health has NEVER been better. I feel 100% again. Jerilyn is such an amazing councilor and I loved how vulnerable she was telling her all her stories that were so relatable. She is there to help you. She was the first person that made me realize I was in the right place and I'll forever cherish that. Jimmy is a stellar councilor and was so spiritual I loved our groups hearing him speak and teach you'll see a change in you each session. He gave us all great advice with great coping mechanism skills. Yanna I'm gonna miss her so much and our late night talks she will sit and speak with you and actually be there in the present and listen to what you have to say. She was also so welcoming with her group sessions. She also works with out patient so I can't wait to see her again! Vanessa and Derrick are both councilors who also work with their outpatient program and they are both there to help us continue our recovery and keep our sobriety strong. Both of them were great with their groups and shared valuable information and tools for recovery. Christine was our therapist and she was AMAZING ! She really is there and listens to what you have to say and cares so much about your process with the program. She's helped me so much with our 1on1 sessions and I'm very grateful for that. I learned so much about myself and applied so much of what I learned with her groups. Jorge, Will, Trisha, Kylie and Arsalan all were apart of the intake process and were so welcoming and chill they make you feel like family. The bond I made with everyone here at RCR was so real and I did NOT expect that to happen at all. In fact I didn't even know if doing this would actually change me. It wasn't until I started to actually feel different and I started taking things day by day and following the process. That's when I knew this was different. I actually changed for the better and I'll never forget them for saving me from myself. Best decision I ever made for myself!

We are very educated parents trying to learn about addiction. It has taught us so many issues we need to understand. I love this program. The money is worth it!!! I recommend this to anyone who wants to understand about loss, we lost 4 people in our family in less than a year. It was very hard for us and but not understand how it affected our six children. Our son is smart, kind, handsome but so compassionate and sensitive it hurt him terribly. Kids in their twenties are so absorbent when it comes to death. I wish he didn't have to learn it at this age. My husband lost his mother, sister, and brother tragically and I lost both my parents in the same three years. Our son is the one that took all of our hurt and sorrow internally. He cried with us and made us food and took care of our whole family during these times in our lives. Unfortunately he felt exhausted and could not do it anymore and took to other vices. First, smoking marijuana, then dabs, then pills, and in two years was a mess. This program is teaching him to live with pain and guilt. I love this program. It is bringing our son home sober, very knowledgeable and strong. ** SUMMARY ** As a…read morefirst-time patient, I was made to give a credit card over the phone in advance, wait 3 weeks for an appointment, and drive nearly 2 hours round trip. When I arrived, they had not booked the appointment, and could/would not see me. I was asked to call scheduling, who only repeatedly said I was not scheduled, and did not apologize for the mistake until I called them out on it. The bottom line is that I was made to feel like my time was less valuable than theirs, and that my business was not valued at all. This is absolutely NOT the way to start a relationship with a mental health provider: how could we establish trust, the most important part of that relationship, after I've been made to feel as if they do not value me or my time? ** FULL REVIEW ** I scheduled an appointment about 3 weeks ago, as a first time patient, to see Amanda Martin at the Achieve TMS center in Temecula for today. At the time of booking the appointment, they would not confirm that they accepted my insurance, and made me provide a credit card. I then had to call my insurance company (a lengthy process!) to get confirmation that I was covered with Amanda Martin. I live in east Hemet, so Achieve is a long drive for me (~45min on winding back roads if no traffic.) It's about $20 in gas, and meant taking an afternoon off of work - not a huge deal, but still "something." When I arrived, I was not on their schedule. They had my information in the computer, but not my appointment. I spoke with Brook, who was friendly and sympathetic, but explained that Amanda Martin was on lunch and had a patient booked right after lunch. My thought was that, in my career (working in hospitality and then public health nonprofits) I've given up many, many lunches (or similar) to help a customer in need, ESPECIALLY if it was my company's error. But - I accepted that not all people think this way. So Brook asked me to call scheduling, which I did. When I called in, I was told several times that they did not see my appointment in the computer. What I was NOT told was, "I'm sorry." After a couple of minutes, I began to get angry. I'm not proud, and it doesn't happen often, but it did this time, and some of the anger came out. I called them out on not apologizing, and said that the situation was messed up, with my time and money being wasted without consideration (though not phrased quite as nicely as that.) It was only then I first heard an "I'm sorry" and they tried to work with me to find another option. However, all she could offer me was an appointment 2 hours later in Carlsbad. That would have been an hour+ drive in the wrong direction, followed by a 45 minute wait, then a 2.5 to 3 hour drive home in rush hour - all while seeing someone my insurance had not verified, and leaving my dogs locked inside for an entire day - so it did not work for me. She then offered to reschedule me for another day, but I declined. I had taken time off of work, made a long drive, spent money on gas, etc., and generally been made to feel as if my time and business were not valued, and I was not willing to give them my future business. Declining to reschedule that appointment means starting the whole process over with someone else - I'll have to wait many weeks, deal with my insurance company again, etc. And in the interim, I'll also have to watch and be sure that Achieve doesn't try to charge me, since they have a credit card of mine on file. But my willingness to deal with that should show how I felt treated today, and is why I would highly recommend that you find somewhere else to go as well!

The payment was mandated by the court in full responsibility of the father in which you signed an agreement with acknowledging that. My name was never even in the payment agreement that you drafted for my ex-husband. There was also no loss in court luckily our judge made the right decision for the children. This was an attempted murder case and Family Court gets involved regardless when there are kids involved. Also, the fact that you look at as a winning and losing situation just shows your ineptness for your field of work. You tried to insert yourself with the court hearings in which the court turned you down. Both the D.A's office with criminal court and family court turned you down. You are more concerned about how you look and defending your false position, you manipulate and have no remorse for your behavior with minors. You have no empathy and at times your behavior was very aggressive. You are the true definition of a sociopath. You were too emotionally involved with the perpetrator who tried to murder a family, which leads me to believe that there was a sociopathic tie to this criminal. Regardless, you are a shister, a liar and beyond anything should not be allowed to work in this field. Who knows how many countless families you've screwed up because of your ego and improper ways of practice. The only reason we chose you is because you were the only therapist practicing during Covid in person in our area. This was a huge mistake on my part. I took my children to her because she was the only person open during Covid and it was a court order for reunification counseling. I don't understand how she can even be allowed to work with kids. My children were trying to open up to her about the abuse that they witnessed from the father and she called them liars and as they sat there and cried, she called me to come pick up the kids and was completely unprepared. She has no scope of how to deal with these issues when it comes to minors. She will take the side of whoever is paying her and doesn't take into consideration the welfare or well-being of minor children and special circumstances. The setting of her home is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend her to anyone. She doesn't know how to write letters to the court and instead of being forthright and telling us that this is beyond her scope and understanding she took on our case because of the money. It was detrimental to my children to go to her for sessions and I am thankful it was only a handful of times and not for a prolonged period of time.
