On my initial visit I learned that I was full of inflammation, and the next visit it was all confirmed with my blood test results. In two weeks of following his plan I got my sleep back. I have hip and back issues and I modify so many moves, but you do what you can at your level. The trainers make sure you keep form and modify to hit the right muscles. The gym is so great, I joke that the "floor" sold me as it is super padded so I can actually get on the floor and workout! This has been such a great experience. After loosing over 100 pounds I had to get my muscles stronger and this was the path. I am so grateful to have had this AMAZING Awesome Experience.
