United Medical Fitness Center has given me my life back both physically and mentally. I rarely miss a day (Monday-Friday). UMF is a small boutique gym off Temecula Parkway. There staff goes over and beyond from the minute I walk in the door. They've become family and they truly care about my physical well being. I've been training with Jesus, a kinesiologist two times a week for months. I am very limited on what I can do but he's knows my limits. On the days I don't train I ride the stationary bike. I really don't know what my life would be now without UMF. As for my wife she goes everyday as well but she goes in the morning. She attends silver sneaker classes daily at 8:00 -8:30. I was relying on coffee throughout the day to keep myself going. At night I would toss and turn, never getting restful sleep. I was desperate for it. I had almost constant body aches, and if I did anything physical I "paid" for it in joint and muscle pain for days after. I didn't want to go to the doctor and be put on a new medication. I needed a solution to the root of my pain, not a bandaid. I sought out a functional doctor in my area and found Dr. Hoyt and his wonderful staff. On my initial visit I learned that I was full of inflammation, and the next visit it was all confirmed with my blood test results. In two weeks of following his plan I got my sleep back.
