Hinna Hinna. This is Not osama, this is HINNA HINNA ( that means it's delicious) as long as you're not a vegetarian/vegan. And if you are and driving through Utah, good luck. But this is definitely going on my list of forever stopping to check out when I'm driving through these parts. This food is INCREDIBLE For a roadside diner.

As you're driving north on I-84, just about as far as you can get before leaving Utah, you'll find this lovely diner in Snowville. The town is named after LDS leader Lorenzo Snow, not for Frosty's DNA make up, I learned from reading the back of the menu. The diner has a very small town feel to it with log cabin décor and deer heads hanging on the walls. Service is welcoming and friendly-the server made small talk with us and I noticed she called several patrons by name. I'll bet there are plenty of locals that come here regularly. The food was pretty good. I enjoyed the eggs, hash browns and bacon. The home made jam was a bit runny for my liking and my wife said the biscuits and gravy were just ok.

Parked at the truck stop for the night and needed some good food. Walked over to the restaurant and was immediately greeted upon walking in and seated. It is about a 30-40 seat diner. Great ambiance and very friendly staff. I ordered an 8 oz. Prime rib med. well with green beans and mash potatoes with brown gravy with toast. Steak was cooked to perfection!! Green beans and potatoes were locally sourced and dam good!! I also tried their home made strawberry and raspberry jam and it was a reminder of being back at my GG's they tasted like they were fresh picked and stewed yesterday! I ordered dessert as well pumpkin pie muffin with whipped cream and it was a smooth flavorful muffin. Now If you are ever in the area definitely stop in as it is DAM sure worth it!!!

1/2 block north on west side of street, GOOD EATS w/truck parking in town hall parking lot or walk to it from flyingJ, Ranch House Diner, Closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, highly recommend. Fast friendly service with scratch made (almost) food. Had the ribeye special. Other orders looked delicious also. Big portions. Next time I'll try the Rueben. Old fashioned milkshakes. Quaint country vibe. Family and Owned and operated since 1999 Fantastic service from Shonna.

The ranch house has a homely feel with a small shop on the other side of the restaurant. The server/cashier was quite busy so the order took a while, no biggie. I ordered the rawhide burger with fries. The fries were fresh, a bit soggy but hot and tasty. The burger was pretty good, it had pastrami, sauerkraut, cheese and of course the burger. Tomatoes, lettuce and pickles were served on the side. The sauerkraut added a lot of vinegar-flavor so I don't think the pickles were needed. Also, if you mess with the outhouse decoration on the table, get ready for a surprise.

Let me start with the servers the first time in i was greeted promptly with a smile by Laken, my server. The atmosphere was cozy with defined areas. Everything was clean and and cared for right down to the bathrooms. i could tell ownership has a quirky sense of humor based on the merchandise they sell. As i waited for the meal i watched the two servers working diligently with a smile, they didn't miss a beat with being attentive to their patrons and all of the other aspects of their job. Honestly i watched too see if they could keep the same place throughout my time there they worked like a fine oiled machine. Without having to say a word to each other they knew what to do to help each other. I can't imagine this being an easy task.. The second time coming in, i really wanted to see if the excellence was a fluke, but to my delight it was the same great experience as the first time. Serenity, My server worked with the same diligence as the first time i watched her working and again without missing a beat of the friendly service as i had with Laken, the first time in. Now here's the kicker the service was so good, i asked to speak with a manager or owner, I was told there wasn't a manager or owner present. They were self monitoring, that blew me away, these young ladies working like they were on their own, it screams volumes for their work ethics and management. Now for the food, presentation was just like the menu pics. I apologize i failed to take pics as it was served so it is pics from the menu. The was good, the breakfast i had was cooked, in my opinion, perfectly. There breakfast sausage was different than any other I've had. I've been to a lot of places. I highly recommend this place even the locals were really friendly with conversation they made me laugh, one of the locals went out to his truck and brought this spoon guy to me. I live over an hour away but i will say well worth the drive mainly for the experience. Now if i have to say anything that i would like to see different it would be the fly traps. They aren't intrusive but i would maybe use an alternative. But I'm not a fly expert and it's not a deal breaker. This is my honest review, i don't know and have never met anyone from this establishment have never met any of the

Come to find out, we were only the second table in the place. We were told to seat ourselves so we chose a booth near the windows to the patio. Unfortunately, there was another table nearby with some staff members that were talking loudly that was a bit off-putting. The staff who helped us were friendly and attentive. They even gave me an in-restaurant refill on my soda as well as one to take with me when we left. The menu had many items that looked good, and I had a hard time choosing what to get. It was between the shrimp tacos and the mushroom Swiss burger. I chose the 7 oz burger with tots. While we waited for our food, they brought out a sauce caddy with several different ones to try. My husband ordered the appetizer trio with the BBQ chicken wings, the BBQ ribs and the mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. He said the chicken wings were the best of the three. The consensus on our food was there wasn't much flavor. My husband said it best, "The cook needs to pick up a salt shaker." If it wasn't for the sauces, we would not have been able to enjoy our meal. On a positive note, my tots were tasty and crispy. They didn't taste like old grease like tots can tend to do. Unfortunately, my burger tasted like an premade dense puck-like patty with an "old" flavor to it. I tried adding a few of the sauces since the mushrooms and Swiss cheese could not overcome the "old" flavor. We probably will look for some place else to eat next time we are in town.
