We had a hard time finding someone to do this as there was a great demand for handymen. I found Brandon and he got back to us promptly and told us he would be able to do this work in about two days. Brandon came but was a bit late but had called ahead to let us know of his delay. He said the he and his assistant would be able to get both racks up in a few hours. They completed the work and it seemed fine. Two days ago, 8/31/2022, my wife and I heard a crash in the garage. I then discovered after going into our garage that the rack collapsed. After investigating the bracket that came out of the ceiling, Brandon didn't bolt the bracket through a stud but only drilled through the sheet rock in the ceiling. Luckily it didn't crash onto my wife's car as the front end is parked underneath the storage rack. The items on the rack shifted but nothing was damaged. Attempting to have Brandon fix his wrong, I called the number listed for him and his phone is no longer in service. Funny thing is that his website is still up and running. Weird. Don't trust this guy, he does horrible work.

GF blames concrete moisture (which they measured before initial application with no mention of issues), but no problems with neighbors who had concrete ground and prepped before application. When we first moved in we had a few minor repairs that needed to be done asap and he fit us in his busy schedule and did excellent work. We have had him do everything from exhaust fan replacement, removing carpet in a bathroom and replacing it with flooring. He replaced 2 toilets, repaired a hanging rain gutter and painted stair railings. He has replaced a side of our deck that was damaged and changed the design to match the rest of the deck. He used quality pressure treated wood and was climbing up and down to get this 2nd floor railing perfect. He is very busy (which means he is very good), so you might have to wait a bit for an opening in his schedule but he is worth it. Plus he is a very nice guy and easy to communicate with. He invoices and always makes sure we are all on the same page.
