At the end of long day, I took a chance and called Shawn at Instant Imprints 1 minute before closing and I'm SO THANKFUL I did. Shawn took the time to listen to my story, even though they were closed for the night. He called his design team to double check if my request was even possible. After some back and forth with questions and design checks, he took my project on! Because they knew it was a rush project and I was really anxious, he and his staff even provided me daily updates to put me at ease. They looked great, got to box them exactly how I imagined and those who got their gifts were really surprised and excited about not getting a regular schmegular plaque. I am so grateful to him and the staff for making this happen for me and my company. I will ONLY be using them for my future projects.

I spoke with Sam at the front desk and carefully explained to him what it is I desired: half size 5"x7" double sided color flyers. A quick approval from Tim on the formatting and design, and I was out the door in a matter of minutes! The best surprise was to find out that my Uncle, Fernando of Resendiz Construction, actually does business with them with his printed merchandise. Great service starts with Shaina…read more I needed to print out my Covid results from Walgreens (I know you read that review) to bypass the mandatory Hawaii quarantine rule. The United Airline site states they don't take digital copies at the airport so I came here. Lucky I was able to use a computer and printer. The only way to unlock the computer is to slide your credit card and click the acknowledgment button. It's simple. Unfortunately the "travel.Hawaii.gov" website was not so cooperative. Icons didn't open and drop downs didn't work at first using either Windows 10 or Chrome. This is why I have an Apple. And time is ticking. The only reason I mention this is because you pay by the minute and there's the icon showing you the cost. I was lucky to have Shaina help me. She was puzzled as me but putting our heads together and $5 later, we figured it out. That included trying to get the scanner working. She assured me that all my PPI would be cleared out of the computer once I logged out. Overall four stars. Great service and Shaina attitude towards this whole fiasco was pleasant. I ultimately submitted a design of two 24"x36" posters to them for print. I did the graphic design myself, and i messed up cleaning my birds a little, as I was rushed. If you need, Instant Signs & Prints also offers graphic design service for additional cost. They also mounted it originally for foam core, but we mounted on thin piece of wood. It was a wedding welcome sign and guest table seating. Instant Signs and Prints was also one of the more reasonably priced businesses, as fast turnaround was much more expensive at other places. To print two 24"x36" posters and mount on foam core cost around $90. The only negatives is they only open Monday-Fridays, no weekends. And parking is slightly hard as its located in a tight alley.
