I have been to this store 3 times!This will be my last visit to your UPS store. The guy with the dark rimmed glasses and dark shoulder length hair was VERY RUDE, AND WOULD NOT HELP ME. The new kid learning with very long hair hanging in his face was useless.The guy with the dark rimmed glasses was ZERO help with the Amazon return. He said I can't help you print a label , it will cost 2.50 for a label. I was having trouble with there internet processing one in there store. He continued to ignore me and helped another customer. Finally the guy with brown short hair men's cut tried to help and he was pleasant, said sorry the internet is bad here. All three visits at this UPS STORE HAS BEEN AWEFUL and a complete Waist of time. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS UPS STORE! Unless you LIKE TO BE TREATED POORLY! I then went to Cals Postal on El Norte Parkway and they were able to print a label for $2.00 and was VERY HELPUL AND COURTEOUS! read more

So happy to see this UPS Store on the list for Amazon returns. You see, I used to go to Kohls across the street and drop it off, but ever since they redid their store, it's become a hassle. There's not a dedicated 'Amazon returns center' anymore...so you wait in line with all the other returns...and their return center is all the way at the back of the store. It's a pain in the neck. Not at this UPS Store! Yes, it's in a busy strip mall, but you can find parking. Once I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Ben. He handled my Amazon returns in less time than it would've taken to walk to the back of the store in Kohls. The store appears well stocked for all your shipping needs. I'm pretty sure I saw at least one copy machine as well. I'll be back! read more

Both packages were the same size. cardboard type boxes the size of my hand. both were sealed. 1st package was able to return no problem. 2nd package employee said was a customer return package and needed to be in an approved package material. this box was exactly the same size/box/material.He then said I had to buy a 6x10 bubble mailer $1.61. I asked what needs to be done in order for me not to buy the bubble mailer and to ship back in the original box that it was shipped to me? He did not have an answer. I asked what was the difference between the two identical boxes and why 1 is approved and the other 1 was not. He had no answers and the only solution was to buy the bubble shipping package. He said that I could blame corporate policy? He was very confused. I would like to request a refund and retraining for this employee. read more

Dropped off a package here only to find out 2 weeks later that I was charged for the item I was trying to return because it was apparently never received at this UPS store. When I went in to talk to someone about where my package could be, I was told that maybe it fell off a conveyor belt in the shipping warehouse and was kicked aside somewhere and when I asked about filing a claim he told me that he doubted they'd accept it because I didn't have a receipt. I handed my package directly to an employee but was never asked if I wanted a receipt. Didn't even know that was an option, but it's my fault my package is missing because I didn't ask for a receipt. read more

Every single person i've encountered at the store has a terrible attitude. They are so miserable. They act like scanning my return code is so hard if they don't like working there, they should look for another job. This store is so convenient for me, but I literally rather travel 15 minutes to get to a different ups store. We are not valued here. I was kind of a "high maintenance"customer, but that didn't upset the employees at this store. The guy who helped me in deciding to pack my package by myself or have them do it, was so nice, so helpful. Didn't try to get me to spend more. I arrived at this UPS Store location five minutes prior to closing. I carried four large boxes (Amazon returns) into the store, one at a time, from my vehicle. I then stood in line behind one other customer who appeared to be dropping off Amazon returns as well. The employee rolled his eyes, started grumbling under his breath, and asked if I was dropping off Amazon returns; I said yes. He told me, "You're cutting it pretty close." I asked if the system locks him out at 6pm (closing time). He said, "No, I don't get paid overtime." I politely told him he should probably take that up with his manager. He continued scanning items for the woman in front of me and at precisely 6pm, he told me he wasn't going to be able to help me. I told him it would take less than one minute, and he simply said, "I'm not going to help you." I asked if he was going to make me bring all four of the large packages back to my vehicle; he said yes. As a side note, he continued scanning items for the other customer past 6pm. I asked for the employee's name. He told me his name is Raymond and stated he is the assistant manager. If that's true, what a very disappointing lack of professionalism from someone in a supervisory role. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. read more

Don't recommend to come here, very rude service, made me pay more than $5 for a box that said $1.89, I was complaining about that and they said that price is wrong and they need to adjust it, but what I saw is that they charged me $3.20 for them to pack it, which i did myself. read more

I had a unique shipping request that became even more unique when the package was lost by the driver. Corporate UPS nor the warehouse the driver came from were willing to remedy the issue and left all of the issue on the sending store owner. Normally this would frustrate me endlessly, but John the store owner tried very hard to find a solution and actually went beyond his obligation to make the situation work. I have been here a couple of times and the employees just seemed so miserable and pretty rude. I definitely would not recommend this location for Amazon returns. If it is a clothing item, they won't do the return unless you buy packaging from them. (Even though the Amazon return states, "The UPS Store will pack, label, and ship your return for free.") It's unfortunate the service is so poor, since this location is closer and more convenient. For better service, I'll just go to the UPS store off Auto Pkwy. read more

Highly recommended! I had a large framed painting i need packed up that was a memento piece my grandfather had made. I was nervous about sending it out but they were so sweet there and reassuring. I watched them pack it and i didnt think they could make it as snug as they did. Like a freshly swaddled babe. They sent it out and it got there without a knick on it. Was ecstatic it got there safely. They provide a lot of TLC. Recommend them. Terrific place! read more

Horrible customer service. Guy with long dark curly hair and glasses is rude and doesn't seem to care at all about his job. Another thin guy with blonde hair is extremely rude as well.
