Last week, I thought my daughter needed a jump and AAA assigned Rancho Bernardo Towing. It said 45 minutes but a driver pulled up right away. We were in the InNOut parking and I flagged Ahmad the driver down. He said that he wasn't dispatched and was heading for lunch but would help if it was quick. He had our service call routed to him and right away took care of us except it wasn't the battery and it was the gear shifter. Ahmad is a life safer. I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately, the following week I had to call AAA again for RB Towing because my daughter's gear shifter broke again. The first 2 guys didn't know how to manually put the gear in drive so to the rescue was Ahmad again. He is my hero again! Give that man a raise! We have used them before, both times for a dead battery. On this occasion, they were again referred by AAA and were immediately communicating and eventually on time, even though I had to reschedule twice. Instead of hustling me for a new battery at $250 or more, they checked it close Y, as well as the alternator and found that the battery was relatively new, still under warranty and defective. A quick call to my mechanic and a jump start from the tow company attendant and a new battery was installed, cost free. Always appreciate this kind of service read more

I called AAA to tow my classics 51 truck and Ahmed was sent. He was great! It was in a very difficult location to get to and the truck doesn't run which made it even more difficult. Rather than being rude or annoying, he took the time to make sure to not only get it towed safely but that the doors and everything were secured. He also recommended a shop that would work on the truck which is difficult to find. He was very nice and patient and we will definitely be calling Rancho Bernardo towing because of him. read more

Had a flat tire and called AAA who sent out RB Towing. In all, I waited about 20-30 minutes for them to arrive and they called when they were 10 minutes away. The RB Towing employee was very polite, shook my hand and immediately went to task. He removed my old tire, inspected it, showed me the nails/screws in it, installed the spare and placed my old tire in the trunk. He instructed me not to drive more than 50 mph on the spare and informed me of 4 area tire stores. Later in the day, I had a follow-up text from RB Towing thanking me for my patronage and to let them know if I had any suggestions or recommendations on how they could enhance their service. What could have easily turned into a stressful situation ended up being such a positive experience because of him. Our engine splash guard had come loose, and we weren't sure if we'd be able to drive safely. Raad, a tow truck driver for RB Towing, witnessed my car struck in a 3-car collision on Hwy 78 last week. He pulled over and immediately began directing me and the other parties involved. We were all slightly stunned and it was great that he took charge, instructing us what to do. He also went out of his way to clear debris from the crash from the highway. Woke up this morning with a flat tire. Called AAA and they sent Rancho Bernardo Towing to help me out. AAA said it would be a hour before they could get there. But Rancho Bernardo Towing was here in 15 minutes. My car was in my garage and there was a narrow turn around for the driver to be able to hook up my car. Unbelievable how the driver turned his big truck around in my narrow drive way and loaded my car! Scary for me but just business for the driver. Yashar was the most helpful and knowledgeable person! I called AAA after my battery died and he came out to our house and not only replaced it but made sure to triple check everything was working. Thank god he did because there was another part of the battery (a transmitter or something) that wasn't working and my battery still wouldn't start. He gave me a jump and drove with us to a dealership so we could purchase the part and have him install it. Truly above and beyond customer service, I would give him 10 stars if I could. Not only that, I had a faulty check engine light notification which he checked and switched off. AAA does business with many different places, but Ranch Bernardo Towing (RBT) should be their first call. The minute I was connected with RBT I was put at ease. I had a tire blowout on the freeway, stressful. Falih from RBT contacted me and gave me reassurance he was on his way. Once there he was quick to get me out of harms way and into his cab and took great care of my new car. In the cab he was kind and polite. After 45 minutes I got a call from Rancho Bernardo towing saying that it would be another 45 minutes. From that point I waited an hour without any phone call.
