2nd time hosting a party at this banquet and can't stress this enough Estela is the best !!!! 1000 times recommended this banquet. Staff is on it from the waitresses security and bartender. I was running late on time with getting something things done and estela didn't hesitate jumping in to help I was missing somethings and she went out of her way to go get them for me. I fell in love with this place the moment I walked in! I knew it was where I wanted to have my wedding reception . Estella was AMAZING, over the top. She was easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect for my husband and I ! The guest had a blast . The spot was perfect for the amount of people we had, I even had some of my guest tell me they want to have their wedding reception there as well! Omg where do I begin. Stella is an amazing person. She was able to meet up with me when needed to see the hall. Not only that, 2 days before my event my caterer cancelled on me. I called Stella crying because when I last went to see the hall she was talking to me as if she know how it be best for the caterer to set up. When I informed her of the situation she told me "sweetie don't worry, the party will still happen and there will be food" she made calls to people she knew and was able to find me a caterer to cater for my daughters Sweet 16 last minute for a reasonable price. During the event I didn't notice we ran out of ice, she went out of her way n went to get me more ice so my guest or I didn't have to leave the party. She made sure everything was running smoothly during the party so I didn't have to stress or think about it. Thank you Stella for everything! read more

I had my wedding here and everything was perfect! The staff and crew went above and beyond what they were hired to do, we had a contact, we were able to choose are colors scheme. When i arrived the tables were finished, the owner and her daughters jumped in to help finish! They served the food and constantly cleaned up! The bathrooms were completely clean and its huge 180 people fit comfortably more could fit, we also had a banda and mariAchi! They also provided the chairs , and the security and CLEAN UP!! I don't even know where to start . I had my event on January 28th of 2023 , and it has been the BEST EXPERIENCE ever !!. From the very beginning when we gave ESTELA a phone call to get information about this hall. She provided us with all the information we needed and answered all of our questions and concerns and scheduled us to view the hall right away . She accommodated her schedule with ours to give us the opportunity to go view this hall. At time of arrival she was very polite and gave us our own time to look around and explore the hall on our own. When we were ready she approached us and explained to us about the hall , pricing, and services offered. My husband and I were very thrilled with our experience in meeting Estela and the viewing of the hall. We called Estela the next day to meet and book for our event. Throughout the waiting for our event Estela would call us every once in a while to check up on us if we needed anything for our event , service wise and provide us information about where we could get our decors or Items needed for our event . A day before our event Estela gave us the opportunity to come in to the hall to rearrange the tables and decorate in advance and didn't rush us to finish quickly she gave us the opportunity to take as long as we needed in order for us to have the hall decorated completely for our event the next day. The day of our event I have to say ESTELA WAS SO SO SO HELPFUL. While we needed little things here and there to do before our event ESTELA was there to help us in all those things we needed . She took care of the little things we had to do and told us not to worry that she will take care of it . Thanks to ESTELA our party was a success . Throughout the night we didn't stress one bit because ESTELA TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. There is no words to describe how helpful Estela was to us and how glad we are that we decided to book our events in this hall with ESTELA. This is a great place for party. They allow outside food and drinks, and are very very helpful in setting up the place according to your liking. Estrella is most cooperative of owners and will go out of her way to make that special occasion a very special one. BTW she also provides super-helpful waiters who will work diligently to clean up the trash. This place is EXTREMELY perfect for any event. Estella was very helpful when my husband and I were looking for a hall for our wedding, she answered all the questions we had and also gave us ideas on how to decorate it but honestly with all the lighting we didn't need to decorate much because it already looks beautiful. Also her husband for the day of our wedding was very helpful to my husband and our friends that were helping us with the coordinating. At the end of the wedding we were not rushed, Estella told us to take our time so we could get all of our belongings. Forgot to mention they also provide parking valet, yes it's not included in the package but was convenient specially because we had guest from far away and didn't want them to be looking for parking or maybe pay on their own. read more

Wow, let me tell you... I had my daughter's Bat Mitzvah at the Queen's Banquet Hall this past weekend. It is a beautiful hall that is fit for an elegant party. Estella, the owner, is super knowledgeable and helpful. We had access to the hall to set up and decorate real early. The tables were already set for us with our chosen-colors-table clothes. The entire place was clean and ready but when we left it wasn't... (clean up was a part of the price of the Hall rental). I would truly recommend this place for 100-120 guests. This place was beyond perfect! My husband and I had our wedding here a couple months ago in November 2017 we were looking for a place we could afford that would fit about 200 ppl and that's what we found here . Since the first day we meet up with the owner to go check out the hall we knew this was going to be the place! Everything about the hall was perfect the lighting and the set up. The packet we got included chairs and tables and covers. It also included security and what I loved the most about it was that I didn't have to worry about cleaning anything up after the event because that was also included in the contract. The owner was beyond amazing since our wedding was going to be early in the morning she allowed us to go set up the night before. I absolutely thank her for it, that was definitely a stress reliever to have everything ready to go the night before. She definitely went out of her way to make our day as perfect as possible! Worst place to have your party at. Limited "10 valet parking spots" and you can't even park in front of the venue. To top it off, Valet parking lady is the WORST! Management on staff, Estela, who is incredibly resourceful and incredibly helpful. Parking attendant who is very polite, helpful and quick! The family and I were guest at a Quinceañera this past Saturday August 24th the hall it self is nice and clean, but the staff went well out of their way to make sure that everyone felt welcomed and made any necessary arrangements to make sure people were accommodated. One of the guest has a transportation issue after the event and even though it was not their responsibility Estela and the other young guy (sorry for not remembering your name buddy) made sure that they exhausted every option to help him find a way home. Estella!!! Where have you been all my life?! This hall is a hidden gem and definitely deserves more reviews. Estella is the hall owner, and she is the most friendliest and flexible person I've ever encountered. I'm actually sad that I wont get to see her like she's my friend like all the time. She's so easy to talk to, listens to everything you have planned and helps in whatever way she can. AND SHES AFFORDABLE!! For a flat fee: cleaning, tables/chairs/linen with color choice, security, all day use, mini kitchen with commercial fridge/food warmer trays, and valet parking (before tip) is included. We wanted a small but nice baby shower. But all banquet halls require a crazy price tag with all kinds of rules and additional pricing to do anything that would make the event truly your own. She answered every call and text my husband would make, always made sure we were happy with our decisions, and made us feel like family. All our guests were so impressed by the hall, and even our vendors wanted more info because they loved the hall themselves! We instantly fell in love when we walked in, so we weren't surprised with the amazing feedback. Thank you Estella, for making this Purple Winter Wonderland baby shower a dream come true, and most of all, for making us feel like family and not just clients.
